Go Ahead, Make …
Billy Graham, in his daily devotional book from 1965 titled “Day by Day” writes this for January 27th: “There is always the exceptional child, but the average tells us that the child is largely what the home has made him.”
So in these few minutes we take a look at what passes today for these two Bible passages: “Out of the mouths of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.” ~ Psalm 8:2 which is recalled by Christ himself in his riposte to the scribes and Pharisees over their hypocrisy: “And Jesus sayeth unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou has perfected praise?”

First up, young Noah Ritter (now there’s a Biblical reminder for us!!) who appears to be all of oh, 6 years old I would guess, not camera-shy at all, but putting forth more commonsense in his allotted 50 seconds than most “adults” could come up with. Take a gander…
Then we have the “adult” contingent on a breaking news story that a United States General had been shot dead with a bunch of others in a supposed “secure” station in Kabul, Afghanistan. While the NBC cousin, the NYT was reporting a General being killed, these two (for some unknown reason) try all they might to keep from sputtering the truth out, that might, just might, impinge on the rogue fraud “president” we have squatting in We The People’s Mansion and his vacation plans encompassing the elitist Brahmin golf links of Martha’s Vineyard. In other words (whisper, whisper) he might have to draw another red line in the sand and make a “stern” decision on yet another crisis, of which the infant is totally unprepared for … Out of the mouths of infants and babes…
Then we come to the most “disearnest” of Josh’s and that would be the recently newly-installed lying mouthpiece of the rogue fraud “president” who is already out-numbering his predecessor Barney-Carney-Circus-Clown in prevaricatingly deceiving the White House Press Corps and the American people as to the truth of what is really going on in the White House. Ed Henry of FNC does the grilling, but “disearnest” is not in the mood to be turned and toasted. “Al Taqiyya” Islamic Jihadist Muslim tactics going on here, if you ask me … Out of the mouths of infants and babes…
Lanny Davis, quite the bickering child himself, having had to put up with (and endure) the Clintonistas’ shenanigans, takes on this petulant administration as if it were the age-old feud between the Hatfields and McCoys. Then we have the lying rogue fraud “president” himself, not once but hundreds (thousands??) of times lying, prevaricating, obfuscating, and serially deceiving We The People seemingly every time he opens his mouth. This time on the topic of the Export-Import Bank being a tool of “crony capitalism” (back in 2008) … but now a complete position reversal was exposed during a Friday news conference when Obama strongly defended the institution. Coming to the conclusion of the matter – ie “out of the mouths of infants and babes” – we come now to the rogue fraud “president’s” peppering of his speeches with platitudes about how he and his administration “will not rest” until all hardworking Americans have jobs, healthcare reform is successful, the Department of Veterans Affairs is fixed, and so on, and so on, and so forth. Billy Graham, Storm Warning, 2010: “The television, iPod, and Internet have trespassed upon the innocence of America’s children, while preoccupied mothers and dispassionate fathers stare aghast wondering what went wrong. They don’t stop to think of their own contributions to the persuasions influencing their children. And the real “conclusion of the matter” is of course, that “out of the mouths of infants and babes” sometimes comes that spark of personality, that sliver of perception, that light-bulb of understanding, that portrays to the world – “I AM, I WILL, I DECLARE” … To which we append the last Billy Graham quote from The Jesus Generation, 1971: “Before the 17th Century, a child passed directly into the adult world between the ages of five and seven .. Then came the industrial revolution .. so the child-centered home was born.” ..
