And while I’m at it, nowhere in the Constitution does it say the Federal Govt should be involved in education. It should all be left up to each state, and the Dept of Education – given to us by Jimmy Carter – should be disbanded, never more to return, while this man (ie EdSec Cardona) shouldn’t ever be anywhere NEAR education if he’s unsure of what a woman is! Disgusting imbecile that he is and has shown us all to be.

Cut to the chase and The Department of Education is not a Constitutionally supported “power” of the Federal Government. Education in all it’s manifestations are services provided by State and private entities (the People). “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States, respectively, or to the people.” Tenth Amendment to the Constitution.

Education services were NEVER delegated by the Constitution to the federal government, and they were NEVER prohibited by the Constitution to the States. Therefore, education is in the hands of the States or the people. The federal DeEd must be abolished; it is a dangerous weapon being wielded by a thuggish, tyrannical government to exercise unwarranted power over the people, who ONLY can grant those powers, which in this case they didn’t.

How is someone in a power of position in our education system, when he isn’t even educated enough to know how he was produced? It’s time to blow up the entire federal government system and go back to our original Constitution to start the entire experiment over again. Make the Marxist-Democrats explain why each department in government should be created, how much it will cost, and what the role and mission of each department is.

Personally, I don’t think any of them are needed at the federal level. Put everything back to the states and make all laws based on individual responsibility and, in the corporate world, management and the company should be responsible for liability and jail time when they break our laws. Let’s see how woke they are when they actually have to do their jobs correctly, or go to prison when someone is harmed from their actions. [end]
