Daniel Greenfield schools Schumer

Go ahead, make my…

Daniel Greenfield schools Schumer … According to a demented idiot and his handlers keeping hold of the nuclear buzz switch, the demoMarxoCrat Left actually thinks it’s a good thing that Americans should lose their jobs and freeze in the dark, while Third World countries gain out-sourced jobs and pollute to their hearts’ content. How come? “Because equity.”

Even though the West’s sacrifices won’t make even a dent in the ever-increasing pollution from the coal-burning, rapidly-industrializing Third World, their ideal of globalist equity is a much better explanation for the Left’s behavior than any real attempt to save the planet.

Retiring from the Federal Reserve years ago, Alan Greenspan was asked about American factory jobs being outsourced to the Third World. His reply centered on the fact that the real problem was that American white-collar workers still earned more money than their Third World counterparts. Globalist equity, my pretties. That’s what the UN and the Davos crowd are all about. Americans be damned!  In similar vein, Chuck Schumer had the gall the other day to opine on the winter storm, declaring on the Lower East Side that: “Texas thought it could go it alone; now Texas is paying the price. I hope they learned a lesson.”

Daniel Greenfield schools Schumer…

Let’s talk about what Texas can avoid by “going it alone”. Remember last summer when California was hit by rolling blackouts for no other discernible reason than it was summer? https://duckduckgo.com/?q=c… ; or how about that other liberal jewel, Illinois https://duckduckgo.com/?q=i…Mmmm?

So, would it not be fair to conclude that Texas wanted to “go it alone” to keep our power on in fair weather? What liberals are hoping is that Americans are stupid and gullible enough to believe that liberals do good things for us, and thus are indispensable. From what yours truly observes, liberal leftists are as indispensable to the welfare of the rest of us as treading water is for power generation. What our “lesson” should be is to agitate for a national divorce. Now. Before we Texans start experiencing rolling blackouts in fair weather the way liberal states do.

Perhaps the soon-to-be indicted Andrew Cuomo can stick Schumer and his surrogates into an old folks home and lock the door on him. See how he copes in that Daniel Greenfield environment…

Daniel Greenfield, FrontPageMag: ‘Schumer’s New York America’s Blackout Capital & He Sneers at Texas?’ …

“Texas thought it could go it alone,” Senator Schumer declared on the Lower East Side. “Now Texas is paying the price. I hope they learned a lesson.” But Democrats never learn their lesson. And they’re never expected to learn. In 2003, New York City’s power went out because of a mistake by an operator in Ohio as part of the second biggest blackout in history which took down the grid in eight states and in Canada.

Texas’ decision to go it alone was a whole lot smarter than tying the fates of eight states and two countries to a control room in Akron. An interstate power grid means that a problem in a whole other state or country that you have no control over can leave you in the dark.

What was Schumer’s response to the 2003 blackout? He blamed President Bush for a “free market” approach of “allowing the states and utility industry to deal with it by themselves”. Schumer and the Democrats extracted somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 million to further integrate the power grid across a quarter of the country and parts of Canada. [-]

[+] … But, it’s Texas that isn’t “learning its lesson”. “When I wrote the Sandy bill, $60 billion for New York, we made sure everything was resilient,” Schumer claimed. How resilient is it?

New York City politicians and media taunting Texas over power failures from the blackout capital of the country (at least the part of it not located in California) is a really poor decision. New York’s power grid goes down if someone sneezes or just looks at it the wrong way.

Last year, New York’s power failure left a quarter of a million in the dark.

Senator Schumer knows because he co-wrote a letter berating Con-Ed, and complaining, “we need to know why so many New Yorkers have been left in the dark, both literally and figuratively—a week after the storm—and get New Yorkers’ power back on ASAP.”

Schumer’s letter noted that, “people had been trapped inside of their homes with live downed wires for days.”

[+] … Had Cuomo stayed to the left of AOC, but killed twice as many seniors, he would have been fine. Had President Trump stayed in the White House, Cuomo would have also been safe. That’s why blackouts in New York and California go politically unpunished, but the media is blaming the Texas power failures on Senator Ted Cruz taking his family to Cancun.

… [With the snow having been cleared away in Texas] New Yorkers will soon be getting ready for the city’s annual spring and summer blackouts. In ‘21, these will almost certainly be accompanied with riots. But no one in the media will sneer at New Yorkers or Californians huddling in the dark. Unlike sneering at Texans, there’s nothing to be politically gained from such a show of contempt.

New Yorkers won’t learn their lesson. Not even when it’s 120 years in the making.

President Trump prepares for CPAC as Daniel Greenfield schools Schumer…

All in all, it’s Showboat Schumer doing what he does. He’s nothing more than a self-serving political hack who’s only contribution is his perpetual grandstanding. This is what passes as a US senator in NY these days and he’ll continue to get re-elected until he croaks because most of the voters in NY haven’t learned their lesson. Blackouts on Long Island for instance happen any time the wind blows too hard, so just what has the vaunted Schumer done to fix things each time this has happened? If only press conferences could fix things.

It is doubtful that any of us agreed to be abused in every aspect possible by the lackluster imbeciles in the federal government. Have we had enough, yet? It really has become necessary to regain our American posture so that we can shake off those who want us to fall in line behind their perceptual but no less illicit mind games, while they plan and perform financial attacks upon us.

Schumer is the consequence of a one party state (controlled by its urban area) who is never challenged by the media, and loves the camera almost as much as Fauci. One regrets to say surrounded by states of similar disposition.

Come Sunday afternoon of this weekend and We the (80 million+) People will have a much better idea of what our fearless president Donald J. Trump has on his plate going forward as he wraps up the CPAC conference with his remarks at 3:40 Eastern Time. No doubt at all that there will be MAGA! and KAG! descriptives scattered throughout his response.

And on that note, time for today’s MAGA Pill – president Donald John Trump – MAGA! KAG!
