In a jaw-dropping Christmas message this past week, Prince Charles, first in line to the throne of England (or ‘United Kingdom’ as it is now) was the voice-piece of a propaganda video on the BBC in which he attempted to turn Christmas and Christianity into a need to accept more Muslim migrants. But what he says about Yathrib (now called Medina) is the worst. Muhammad’s first major military conquest in Arabia was when he brought terror on his Jewish hosts in Yathrib, slaughtered the men, enslaved the women, and changed the town’s name to Medina. The perfect man, according to his followers.
While speaking on the British radio show “Thought for the Day,” however, the future King-in-Waiting said that Christians should be more mindful of Islam and Muhammad during the holidays.
Normally at Christmas we think of the Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. I wonder though if this year we might remember how the story of the nativity unfolds, with the fleeing of the holy family to escape violent persecution. And we might also remember that when the prophet Muhammad migrated from Mecca to Medina he was seeking the freedom for himself and his followers to worship.
Whichever religious path we follow, the destination is the same – to value and respect the other person, accepting their right to live out their peaceful response to the love of God,” he said.

This is wrong on so many counts. Muhammad wasn’t seeking freedom; he was seeking the ability to rule and coerce others to worship his way. He was expelled – he didn’t migrate – and freedom was not what he sought. “Islam” means “submission,” and that is the very opposite of “freedom.”
Prince Charles would be well-advised to delve into British history more carefully, and look to see what one of Britain’s finest had to say about Islam. Writing in The River War, his account of the British retaking of Sudan, published in 1899, Sir Winston Churchill noted the threat to Western Civilization that radical Islam poses (117 years ago!):
Islam, Churchill wrote, “is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog.” How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedanism law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property–either as a child, a wife, or a concubine — must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.
Churchill also compared Islam unfavorably to Christianity: “Indeed it is evident that Christianity, however degraded and distorted by cruelty and intolerance, must always exert a modifying influence on men’s passions, and protect them from the more violent forms of fanatical fever, as we are protected from smallpox by vaccination. But the Mahommedan religion increases, instead of lessening, the fury of intolerance. It was originally propagated by the sword, and ever since, its votaries have been subject, above the people of all other creeds, to this form of madness.”
Charles and his siblings are notorious friends with the Saudi Royals, and it would appear that he’s more in touch with the way they live and their decadence than he is with any of his British subjects or anyone else within the commonwealth of nations. Certainly he won’t be walking the streets, vulnerable to jihadi attacks like the commoners of his kingdom will be. He’ll have so much security around him the jihadis will never get near him, but his one major problem is the Islamic Jihadist threat of “one day the Islamic flag will be flying over Buckingham Palace and 10 Downing Street”.
If he’s not part of the solution, then he definitely is a big part of the problem.
Maybe his mother the Queen can just skip right over Charles and award the throne to her grandson as she abdicates.
