Yours truly has saved the below comment from someone, somewhere for this, or similar, occasion. Understand that those 700 people in congress aren’t in power because of our poor voting choices, no more than one election to oust a few will change anything. We’ve already been there and done that, while elephant majorities dug our Republic’s grave just as fast as the donkeys did.

They’re in power because we’re just now waking up to the root cause – a global system of money and power that 1) owns them, plus: 2) both Party machines; 3) the Judicial; 4) the monetary system; 5) the permanent deep state bureaucracy; 6) all media; 7) the schools; 8) the universities; along with 9) most local and State government. The deep state will never reform itself no matter who we fill the seats of Congress with. This is war. The power no longer lies in our vote; it is now in our hands. 10) The end.

Additionally, DOJ / OIG Agents have the identically-same authority as the FBI. All federal agents need the DOJ to indict and convict at trial but that doesn’t excuse Horowitz who prosecutes hundreds of criminal cases each year, most of whom aren’t government employees. Horowitz derelict in his duty is no different than the FBI Internal Affairs or Durham, since ultimately they all had the same orders. THAT!

Consider for instance, “Things” that continue happening – right up until they don’t. Your car starts up every time you turn the key – right up until it doesn’t – because you failed to maintain it for many years. “Hey, if it works, why mess with it, right?” Consequently there’s some satisfaction in seemingly being “right” by repeating “nothing will change” within the short term, despite even, having your prediction confirmed, becoming far better than having your “heart broken” (again!) by ‘getting hope’ (“hopium”) only to be ‘disappointed’ once again.

Depending on just which version of ancient Greek accounting of the myth of “Psyche and Eros” you are familiar with, you know that “Hope” was either the last demon still in the box when Psyche slammed it shut, or else the last to escape it. ‘Tis the summation of the Human Condition – our last hope or our inevitable fate.’

“In front of you sits a panel of SEVEN people” – Everyone is a Lawyer, a corrupt, unethical lawyer – I know I sound like a broken record. However, I’ve been pointing out for years where / who the Cancer in our Republic is. It’s the one Profession that has virtually destroyed our great Country. It’s as clear as day. Now, let us get down to the business of understanding; let us uncomplicate the complex; and, more importantly, let me propose the outline of a solution.

♦ SILO #1 – Inspector General Michael Horowitz was given instructions by outgoing President Barack Obama, to review the internal decision-making inside the FBI, Main Justice and DOJ-NSD as it pertained to the Hillary Clinton classified document scandal.

In early January 2017, IG Horowitz was tasked to review the FBI decisions during the Clinton exoneration and deliver a report on his findings.

First, it is important to remember the DOJ inspector general can only review internal government conduct. The IG does not review or investigate outside involvement and has no authority to compel investigative compliance from outside parties.  The Office of Inspector General is an internal review agency.

Second, it is important to remember the DOJ inspector general was not authorized to conduct any oversight of the Dept of Justice National Security Division, DOJ-NSD. During the Obama era, when the DOJ-NSD was created by Attorney General Eric Holder, through the entirety of the Obama era, there was no inspector general oversight into any operations conducted by the DOJ-NSD; that included the FISA process.  It was not until later in 2017 when the Trump administration granted the OIG authority to conduct oversight into the DOJ National Security Division.

Think of IG Michael Horowitz as an investigative silo.  You will see why this matters.

 

♦ SILO #2 – Robert Mueller (truthfully Andrew Weissmann) was appointed in May of 2017 by Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, as Special Counsel to investigate Trump-Russia and the reports of prior Russian influence in the 2016 election.  Robert Muller was a figurehead, a person in name only to give credibility to the purpose and intent of the group who assembled under his shingle.  Andrew Weissmann was the actual manager of the investigation, events and details of the Mueller probe.

On the outward face, in the aftermath of FBI Director James Comey being fired, the Mueller investigation was created to look at Russian interference in the 2016 election – against the background that Comey’s firing by President Trump was related to an intent to impede the ongoing Crossfire Hurricane investigation.  However, on the internal dynamic, inside the mechanics of how DC silos are created, the Mueller probe existed to hide the DOJ and FBI weaponization of government that was deployed under the justification of the FBI Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

Sometime around June of 2017, while conducting his review of the FBI conduct in the Clinton investigation, Inspector General Michael Horowitz discovered troubling internal communications between FBI agent Peter Strzok and DOJ-NSD assigned lawyer to the FBI, Lisa Page.  Silo #1 now intersects Silo #2.

Lisa Page was the DOJ lawyer advising FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.  Peter Strzok was the lead FBI counterintelligence agent working on the Clinton email investigation.  Lisa Page, Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe were the core of the Clinton investigation and intrinsically linked to the Clinton exoneration as announced by FBI Director James Comey.

IG Horowitz knew of the Clinton investigation and was investigating the details therein.  Horowitz did not initially know about the Crossfire Hurricane investigation which, by June of 2017, had subsequently morphed into the Special Counsel Mueller investigation. [-]

Not to let Michael Horowitz off easy by any stretch of the imagination, anyone with a force of over 200 Criminal Investigators (Special Agents) with law enforcement authority including firearms and arrest powers, is generally a force more than necessary to keep the bad guys at bay, not to mention their ability to conduct criminal investigations just like the FBI and ATF making arrests and working with DOJ prosecutors in indictments and during trials, etc., etc., etc.

This from the DOJ OIG website: “Horowitz oversees a nationwide workforce of more than 500 special agents, auditors, inspectors, attorneys, and support staff whose mission is to detect and deter waste, fraud, abuse, and misconduct in DOJ programs and personnel, and to promote economy and efficiency in Department operations.”

Horowitz has the authority to investigate and arrest persons outside of government and many of the cases prosecuted are fraud matters where the government is ripped-off by people who have no relationship to the government whatsoever. Compare that to Bagpipes Bill Barr’s approach which appears to be that the country can’t handle seeing how much corruption there is in the DOJ. Gotta protect the institution. Rather the truth is, the country can’t handle letting the corrupt individuals off the hook. How’s ’bout THAT BillBarr-the Door ?! When truth prevails whom to call?
