So yesterday, Obama the Clown Prince of Fools has another one of his rare pressers, where he looks into the camera and lies through his teeth to We The People and the rest of the world. And it isn’t just yours truly making that assumption. When respected news rags like the Wall Street Journal and others break a story like this covert ransom in the dead of night, it means that dedicated newshound journalists for once have uncovered a whopper of a lie. So there’s my full disclosure before the racist bigot charges begin to rain down.
Does anyone with an IQ above their shoe size actually believe this guy anymore? It’s profound how straight-faced he and the Shrillary can be while contradicting facts. This money was indisputably part of a comprehensive program of appeasement and funding of this criminal nation, and its timing was no mistake. Whether ransom or not, one of the 4 hostages has told us that they held them at the airport overnight waiting for the arrival of some inbound flight according to the hostage holders. The Iranians were clearly requiring this delivery before completing the release while there was no special reason to move quickly on a 36 year old dispute. At the minimum some senior DOJ officers were objecting because the process by itself violated several laws along with the optics.

Under the headline “U.S. Sent Cash to Iran as Americans Were Freed,” the Wall Street Journal reported on August 3rd the secret transport to Iran of $400 million in Euros and other non-U.S. dollar currencies at around the same time that five American hostages held captive were released by the Iranian regime. The hostages included Washington Post journalist Jason Rezaian, former U.S. Marine Amir Hekmati and Pastor Saeed Abedini. The Obama administration insists that it was all just a coincidence. It was only paying off the first installment of a $1.7 billion settlement of Iranian claims before the Iran-US Claims Tribunal in The Hague, arising from a failed arms deal that had preceded the overthrow of the Shah. There was no quid pro quo or ransom paid to get our hostages back, claims the administration. Everyone else with an ounce of common sense knows the truth – the Obama administration violated the long-held policy of the United States not to pay ransom or make other concessions to hostage takers in order to procure the release of the prisoners detained unlawfully by Iran.

The biggest discrepancy I see in his prevarication is that he attempts to justify paying Iran in cash rather than by check, his explanation being that we don’t have ‘normal banking relationships’ with Iran, so it had to be cash. What he fails to cover is that the cash that was paid is all foreign currency rather than U.S. dollars. In other words, Obama had to convert U.S. dollars to foreign currency before the transaction could be completed. Too many missing pieces of the puzzle. Guilty as charged is the verdict.

The Obama administration is insulting our intelligence in claiming, as State Department spokesman John Kirby has done, that “the negotiations over the settlement of an outstanding claim…were completely separate from the discussions about returning our American citizens home.” Even Obama himself had linked the settlement to both the completion of the nuclear deal with Iran and the release of the American captives. “With the nuclear deal done, prisoners released, the time was right to resolve this dispute as well,” Obama said in his victory lap statement at the White House on January 17th. He also announced that, as “a reciprocal humanitarian gesture,” he granted clemency to six Iranian–Americans and one Iranian serving sentences or awaiting trial in the United States. What Obama left out of his self-serving statement last January was that his administration was also sending cash to Iran around that same time, over and above any sanctions relief or release of frozen assets as required by the terms of the nuclear deal itself.

At this point it is incomprehensible that so many Americans still have a positive opinion of Obama. It is just as incomprehensible that the same fools are planning to vote for Shrillary. Half of the American electorate is incapable of learning or is too lazy to try. If this country survives it will be by the Grace of God.
And as for Shrillary, she lies as much as Obama the Clown Prince of Fools does, and the sad thing is that both of them have little regard for what We The People think. They both believe that they can get away scot-free and without retribution, with blatantly, full bore lying in your face. Where O where has the Constitutional Republic of the United States disappeared to?

So at 1:47 she says she takes classification seriously, but Comey said she “didn’t understand” what the (C) marker meant. If she takes classification seriously, wouldn’t she at least know what a classification marker looked like? Shrillary is a person without any credible accomplishment, having proven that over, and over, and over again with every single task that’s been appointed to her since she began working in government. Not sure why I still see so much Shrillary support everywhere except for the determined ‘dumbing down’ of the public that has been going on with these two since they slunked out of Arkansas onto the national stage in 1992. Bubba at least was impeached for his misdeeds, and it appears as though Shrillary has exceeded even her ‘husband’ in the malfeasance arena, so when do we think her impeachment and arrest will occur?
And while I think of it, might as well throw Obama the Clown Prince of Fools in there as well. A “two-for-one-er” you might say. God help the Republic.
