Way back in May 2017 when Admiral Rogers revealed the unlawful access to the FISA court, he began a review overseen by that court. The court ultimately found that over 85% of the searches (tens of thousands in number) were improper and unauthorized. The FBI/DOJ criminals needed to quickly come up with a probable cause rationale for the searches and here is where they hired Christopher Steele to manufacture the dossier. Dossier in hand, and known from inception by its co-creators to be totally fake, they approached the FISA court that had already turned them down once for authority to spy on Trump, and lied to the court that they needed to spy on Trump because, muh, Russia.
The FISA court, apparently gullible or co-conspiring, granted the unrestricted access to search Trump via the very attenuated relationship of Carter Paige to the campaign. DOJ officials affirmed four times that they needed this sham to continue the unrestricted searches, and doubtless continue them even today. Nobody after all, has told them to stop. None!
The Senate Select Committee then released the unredacted FISA application to the news media (again, illegally via Senate Aide Wolf to Ali Watkins) in May 2017 to spur the appointment of scumbag Mueller and his band of vermin. Simultaneously, DOJ played cutesy and refused to release the application to Congressional committees, and thereby no arrests were made for this ignoring of Congressional subpoenas. Period.
The Steele Dossier was concocted after Admiral Rogers discovered that OBO#44 and the demoMarxocrats had been using the FBI access to the NSA database of all electronic information, gathered illegally and without warrant and continuing – even as we speak today – to spy on their political opponents. Trump, of course being foremost among them after winning the primaries.
Unfailingly since at least 2016 and continuing to this day, the FBI/DOJ have been reviewing all of Trump’s communications, with anyone and everyone, with no warrant and no probable cause to be doing so. Keep in mind that the demoMarxocrat Party’s law firm, Perkins-Coie, had set up their own FBI portal to the NSA database right there in the lawyer’s office for real time illegal searches whenever asked. Outrageous!
Andrea Widburg, American Thinker: ‘The FBI knowingly paid anti-Trump informant tied to Russian intelligence’ …
Yesterday evening, John Solomon broke yet another story of FBI chicanery in the connection with the Russia hoax the Democrats and the Deep State created to destroy Donald Trump’s presidency. It turns out that the FBI knew that the FBI paid money for years to an alleged “informant” against Donald Trump, despite concerns about the informant’s ties to Russia’s intelligence services. In other words, when it came to “Russia, Russia, Russia,” the real collusion was taking place within the Deep State itself.
The genesis for the Democrat and Deep State persecution of Donald Trump was the Steele Dossier, something that proved to be fabricated in all significant respects. The primary source for Steele’s libelous fantasies was Igor Danchenko, a Russian businessman. But he may well have been more than that—and even as it was paying Danchenko for information, the FBI had reason to believe he might be a Russian asset:
“In March 2017, the FBI signed the defendant up as a paid confidential human source of the FBI,” Durham’s unsealed court filing disclosed for the first time. “The FBI terminated its source relationship with the defendant in October 2020. As alleged in further detail below, the defendant lied to FBI agents during several of these interviews.”
The revelation means that the FBI first fired former MI6 agent Christopher Steele, the author of the Hillary Clinton-funded dossier, as a human source in November 2016 for having unauthorized contacts with the news media. And it then turned around a few months later and hired Steele’s primary informer to work with the bureau even after determining some of Danchenko’s statements in the Steele dossier were uncorroborated or exaggerated.
Even more stunning, Durham confirmed that the FBI had concerns about Danchenko’s ties to Russian intelligence a decade earlier, opening up a counterintelligence probe on him after learning he was trying to buy classified information from the Obama administration. [-]
[+] … There’s much more. You can read the rest of John Solomon’s helpful analysis here or read Durham’s pleading here.
To summarize, Trump won an election fair and square, in part because the Democrats’ hubris made it impossible to believe that Hillary could fail. Before he was even elected, the Obama administration had begun to spy on his campaign. The basis for this spying was the baseless Steele Dossier—and the FBI knew by October 2016 that the Steele Dossier’s allegations were false. [end]

Danchenko informed the FBI in January 2021 – the month of Trump’s inauguration – that the claims in the dossier were made up by him, and Steele admitted shortly thereafter in a civil action in Britain that he had not contacted anyone in Russia to support his ridiculous claims. Danchenko was the sole source for the dossier. But the role of the dossier, besides as salacious slander, was to coverup the illegal weaponizing of the intelligence apparatus to control or destroy elected officials, which to this day continues unabated, doubtless increased by Biden’s team.
So when you hear mouth breather AG of NY talk about how they need to acquire Trump’s tax returns, rest assured they already have them. They just need a lawful way to reveal them. This endless surveillance system is also a pretty good explanation why our representatives are so flaccid in standing up to the criminals. They are in some respects hostages themselves. John Solomon’s pot stirs very well.
And on that note, time for today’s MAGA Pill – Warrior-President Donald John Trump doing his darnedest to protect and defend the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America – MAGA! KAG!
