Texas here, present and correct SIR! Being mindful of yesterday’s announcement from Gov. Ron DeSantis, it has definitely become easy enough to admire him even more, seemingly as it does to yours truly, that every other state Governor should follow his lead. If only to wake up other states and especially those who claim Red State Status. Prayers UP they all find the courage to do what’s right.
For one thing as near as I can determine, the reality is that a State Guard is NOT directed by Federal oversight but rather from the Governor and his/her crew. Here in the great State of Texas for instance, the Military Forces stand over the National Guard, aka a subset of Texas Military Forces. This is, likely the intent of what Florida is putting in place as well.
The plain truth of the matter is that the psychological warfare and biowarfare being conducted against Western democracies have created an atmosphere of mistrust of institutions such as the FDA, NIH and CDC. Federal responses to state needs have been underwhelming over the years in Red States and now the divisions are becoming more obvious. Call it a State Guard, a Militia, a Military Forces (as Texas does) or whatever else.
The factoid of “the Indians getting restless”, dwelling as it does on those people from bygone days that made America great in the first place, is the wrong answer; fact is it’s going to get hot – real hot – from literally hundreds of thousands of illegals treading on our land as if they belong here!
Our current failure of a federal government has no reason for existence if it won’t protect us, since in the final analysis a government exists only to provide security, protection and action for a group of people under its purview, and that’s a condition that reaches all the way back to the “Old-Man and the tribe.” This then being inescapable axiomatic truth the only thing in a foreseeable future are two entirely different justice systems operating independently within the United States – a divide organically right along whatever accommodating “Natural Map” boundaries are put into existence. Or aren’t!
Pence the patsy fraud took his 30 pieces of silver to disappear into oblivion (albeit he attempted a redemption of sorts with Hannity a couple of months ago). Gov. DeSantis on the other hand doesn’t seem bribable, and he also doesn’t seem like the sort to cave to threats from the Comey, Clapper, Brennan-types. BRAVO!
Sundance, Conservative Treehouse: ‘Governor Ron DeSantis Announces Formation of Florida State Guard’ …
All the right moves….. We can expect the national media to go bananas as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has taken a bold step in advancement of federalism with authorization and funding for the formation of a state militia known as the Florida State Guard [Announcement Here].
During an event today in Pensacola Florida, the governor announced the creation of three new state-centric armories to support the new state guard units. One in the former airbase at Homestead, one in Gainesville and one in Malabar. As noted in the release, “The establishment of the Florida State Guard will further support those emergency response efforts in the event of a hurricane, natural disasters and other state emergencies. The $3.5 million to establish the Florida State Guard will enable civilians to be trained in the best emergency response techniques.”
PENSACOLA, Fla – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced more than $100 million in funding proposals to support Florida’s National Guard and establish the Florida State Guard, a civilian volunteer force that will assist the National Guard in state-specific emergencies.
The Governor’s budget proposal includes:
- $87.5 million to expand the existing readiness center in Miramar and to establish three new armories in Homestead, Gainesville and Malabar;
- $8.9 million for existing armory maintenance;

“We are proud of our veterans and active-duty military members and proud of what our communities do to support them,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “Florida is one of the most veteran friendly states, and I think there are very few places that you would rather be on duty than in the state of Florida. As a veteran, I really appreciate what everyone who wears the uniform does in our state, and am excited about these proposals – they will go a long way and have a meaningful impact. In Florida, we are going to continue our momentum of supporting our military, supporting our veterans and being good stewards of our military installations.”
The military spending budget for the Florida National Guard supports vital emergency response services that the National Guard provides. [-]

A 2024 team of Trump-DeSantis presents many wonderful possibilities. For one thing, DeSantis is very well grounded in constitutional law and relies on his own knowledge to make these many momentous decisions we’ve witnessed. Had he been in the VP seat on Nov. 3, 2020, fearless Trump’s presidency wouldn’t have been in disarray during the postelection period trying to find the right legal footing in the courts. DeSantis would’ve guided those efforts beautifully. Obviously, “Turncoat Pence” was no help whatsoever, and all but disappeared (and rightfully-so, based on his behavior).
One sincerely hopes destiny brings these two great leaders together in one administration. Certainly, as we look out over the current political wasteland of America, Ron DeSantis, without question, looms as one of America’s most promising leaders who could confidently and triumphantly carry President Trump’s inspired and transformative MAGA and KAG agenda well into the future.
DeSantis presents new State Guard…
And on that note – time for today’s MAGA Pill – Still Warrior-President Donald John Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis both doing their darnedest to MAGA! KAG!
