DC the big deep state sewer swamp

En Garde in the bunker…

While conservatives took an extended snooze over the past decade or two and deliberately ignored the unfettered growth of the DC Big Deep State sewer swamp, the nation was literally taken over by the enemy within. In allowing the federal government to become the monster that it now is without a disciplined general oversight, We the People got exactly what we had coming and much, much more.

Unfortunately it morphed into a polluted DC pool that has a slow circulation driven by decades of decay. Its foul waters are the breeding pools of noxious, poisonous swarms of bloodsuckers that make mosquitoes look darn right lovable by comparison.

A mopy Nancy Pelosi obviously not liking the SOTU address … President Trump MAGA!

Consider that in Trump’s business career, he had to deal with New York City bureaucrats, New York City labor unions, unscrupulous competitors, Russian oligarchs, and the Mafia. When he made a deal with those people, he could trust them, because what they wanted was money, and so did he. But now, he’s dealing with people in DC politics, and discovering that they can’t be trusted, because they don’t want (just) money. More than anything else, it’s the power that they crave.

With the election of Trump, the DC Big Deep State was exposed for what it always was and still is, and as a result it went insane and acted out. We, the American people, see it now for the corrupt DC sewer swamp that it is. Little wonder, when a lone dragon slayer challenges the behemoth, it fights back.

Bottom line is that Trump is a visceral threat to the bloated entity. Remember to flush twice. It’s a long way to Washington DC.

Bruce Thornton in FrontPageMag and the opener to his piece titled ‘To Fire or Not to Fire Mueller’…

Robert Mueller, who just sicced a federal prosecutor on Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, is out of control. Like many federal prosecutors, he is puffed up by his own self-righteous arrogance, one fueled by the unaccountable and unrestrained power he’s been given in our supposedly democratic republic. Forget all the “integrity” and “professionalism” encomia from the bipartisan, deep-state mutual back-scratchers. Mueller represents one of the greatest threats to our political order: the abuse of power under cover of law.

But the question is not whether Mueller deserves to be fired and disgraced. He obviously should. The real question is whether Trump should pull the trigger.

Most of the advice from mainstream Republicans is telling the president to back off. The Wall Street Journal summarizes their counsel: “Firing Mr. Mueller wouldn’t stop the investigation, though it would cost him Republican support and probably guarantee his impeachment if Democrats take the House in November.” Instead, ignore Mueller and line up some more achievement to lay before the voters.

Another argument for patience is that numerous investigations are currently underway looking into the conduct of Obama’s FBI and DOJ regarding their handling investigations of Hillary Clinton’s private email server and family foundation. There are also continuing Congressional investigations into these and other matters. Keeping his head down will make Trump less likely to steal any media thunder from the bombshell revelations that may be unearthed by these investigations in the next few months.

Patience will also allow the long-simmering anger of the people––fuming over the blatant corruption and double-standards in the kid-glove treatment of Hillary Clinton despite her more egregious violations––to heat up even more. The Mueller investigation so far has yielded penny-ante process crimes that have little to do with the prosecutor’s charge to investigate Russian “collusion,” a made-up crime designed to cast as wide a net as possible over the president’s business.

Most people can see the glaring contrast between these petty beefs and the special treatment given to Clinton and her aides in regard to their more serious violations. Voters can also easily recognize the contradiction between searching the home, office, and hotel room of the president’s lawyer for information about payments to a porn star, and letting Cheryl Mills, herself a possible subject of the investigation into the illegal email server, accompany Clinton during questioning while enjoying attorney-client privacy privileges.

Comey, Brennan, and Clapper … A triunity of DC sewer swamp dwellers…

Mueller has gone for nearly 18 months now and found nothing – NOTHING – so he’s now fishing elsewhere. Eventually he’s going to be forced to testify before Congress and when he does he’ll have to admit that he’s found nothing.

But if he provokes President Trump into firing him, then he can spend the rest of his life lying about being ‘almost ready to impeach Trump’ without ever actually having to prove it.

If that happens then he can be assured like his buddy and fellow-traitor James Comey, of a big fat book deal and some cushy, high paying job with one of the numerous DemoMarxist liberal sugar daddy tyrants; Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros as an example.

On the other hand, should he have to admit that President Trump is innocent then he gets none of those things, gets slammed by Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros, and is banished as a failure by the left.

America has forever been full of the ‘enemies within’ and the current generation is seemingly no different. But as I constantly trumpet (pun intended) our nationalism, populism, and a new courageous president is all that stands in the way of these continuing threats from the liberal Leftist DemoMarxist machine.

A real threat that we ignore at our peril – Of which the likes of Mueller, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Obama, Clinton, etal are prime examples.

Thank God for President Donald J. Trump for being so insightful, intuitive, and proactive – MAGA!
