Who in their right mind these days believes anything the Big Left Media tosses out to them, especially-so following their swooning eight-year honeymoon fawning all over the specious and disastrous Obama administration. And who can forget what can only be described as a Barnum & Bailey circus clown act put on by the Big Left Media on election eve by willing, and willing, and willing the numbers to magically fall into line in their efforts to hand Hillary Clinton the presidency. Who can ever forget how stupid and inane they all looked that magical evening of November 8, 2016 when the Trump landslide became inevitable, and the Obama/Clinton Cabal fell in tatters.
Anyone who thinks that what we have come to call the Big Left Media is a ‘free press’ is delusional. It is nothing of the sort, likely being completely controlled, heavily infiltrated by, and receiving direct funding from, the CIA. Doesn’t take a brainiac to understand the daily Big Left Media talking points emanating from the DNC where they speak with one voice, often using the exact same phraseology.

The inevitable conflict between the mainstream media and Donald Trump has come to boil just four weeks into his presidency. The media are beside themselves that someone would castigate them at every opportunity and use hyperbole such as “enemy of the American people” and purveyors of “very fake news” to get under their skin, as their narcissism and sense of self-importance knows no bounds. They fail to understand why they are held in such disregard — polling has revealed only 32% of Americans trust the media (down from 55% in 2000) and why so many cheer Trump’s visceral attacks.
Over the past half-century, the mainstream media in the United States have evolved into interloculars for and the Praetorian Guard of the Ruling Class. They constitute a segment of society which is overwhelmingly Liberal, wealthy, self-centered, isolated, and brimming with disdain for the rabble that lives in fly-over country. Thus, what passes for journalism by the mass media is essentially a defense of the ideology, lifestyle and supremacy of their fellow travelers in the Ruling Class.
Nothing more reflects this mindset than the coverage of the Obama years.
We The People will never forget…
The most insidious power of the Big Left Media is the power to ignore, and they managed to do this quite well during the Obama administration with their lack of coverage of such scandals as Fast and Furious; spying on Americans; prosecuting whistle blowers; bugging reporters’ homes; the IRS scandal; Benghazi; Libya; the EPA; lawlessness .. I’m sure I’m missing some but the list goes on and on.
Big Left Media have abdicated their role as the Fourth Estate. How can you trust an organization which is supposed to be reporting the news when they go so far as to hand questions to candidates before a debate, or send stories to campaigns for approval before publishing. That makes them the propaganda arm of the Democrat/progressive cause. If the Big Left Media had been performing its Constitutionally protected function, both Clintons would be in prison, and Obama would still be a political hack in Chicago.

Beyond the boundaries of the Washington-New York axis, a significant majority of the people are fully cognizant that a leviathan encompassing the entertainment complex, the education establishment and the Democratic Party, has successfully inculcated a plurality of the American people into believing there are no moral absolutes and that the state can grant any rights it so chooses to whomever they choose.
Further, the nation’s founding documents are arcane, racially insensitive, and unsuitable for today. Thus, religious liberty, property rights and freedom of speech are under aggressive assault.
The mainstream media have chosen sides and their reporting reflects their alliance with this leviathan, whether it is gay marriage, the second amendment, transgender bathrooms, abortion on demand, limits on free speech and assembly or public expression of religion. There is virtually no balance in media coverage and to the average citizen there is no doubt that the media has an agenda.
The anger with the mainstream media has been building for years. The fury reached a boiling point over the past four years and was instrumental in the election of Donald Trump. To many, the media are, in fact, the enemy, as they have been the tip of the spear in the attempted transformation of the nation into a failed Euro-Socialist secular state. The citizenry sees that these same media, obeisant to Obama, are now determined by any means possible to destroy Donald Trump — regardless of any cost to their credibility.

It will be interesting to see how the fake news media react when Obama emerges from the shadows to assume his role as leader of “The Resistance.” It’s coming, and sooner than you think. You can never trust a narcissist, but you can always trust a narcissist to be a narcissist. Obama can’t stay out of the limelight for long. But whereas a President Bush would say or do nothing in his own defense, President Trump will give as good as he gets.
Most people who voted for Trump understand him intuitively. He speaks plainly and directly, and doesn’t take 20 minutes to make a point. The fake news media still don’t understand him and can’t figure out why, despite all their efforts, they still cannot separate Trump from his supporters. I’ll take Trump, warts and all, because he fights. Millions of us have been waiting for another Ronald Reagan for 30 years. I’m still waiting. But Trump will do until someone better comes along. And who knows? Trump may change the country for the better in ways the Gipper could only dream about.
