Sullivan outlaws Flynn extension … As ‘Sundance’ basically expressed it the other day in Conservative Treehouse: Barr and the DOJ could just refuse to file anything with Judge Sullivan’s court, refuse to participate in any way and it would stop Sullivan in his tracks. Sounded good but really don’t know if it’s a viable approach.

Possibly Barr is really not interested in seeing Justice served while keeping the Federal Institutions just as they are – The Department of Justice announces “Reform and Oversight” of the FBI (where have we seen this cop-out before)?

The second memorandum is just mind-blowing from the perspective of someone around the table at Main Justice not saying to the United States Attorney General:

…Um, sir, you do realize a different set of FISA rules and surveillance regulations for politicians, advisors and their staff means you are codifying a two-tiered system within the administration of justice, right? (CTH)

Here’s the Barr predicament, considering the position he’s in with the likes of criminals Shrillary, Pelousi, OBO#44, Holder, Schumer, Mueller, Pencilneck, BiteMe (fill in the remainder) and the rest of the consortium as his “opposition”; from where will he find the courage, fidelity, honor and truth that respects our Constitution?

To add insult to injury, the only way our courts, the entire legal system and the DoJ can recover from the ubiquitous vile corruption that has become obvious to all with eyes to see and ears to hear is for moral lepers like “Judge” Emmet Sullivan to pay an enormous personal price for their corruption and for victims like Gen. Mike Flynn to be made financially whole again by the system. No ‘ifs, ands, or buts’.

Depending on what Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell has to say about this outrage (that she doesn’t already have on record numerous times!) Gen. Flynn has to violate the Judge Sullivan gag order that is still in effect, and tell the American voter this story of OBO-the-clown-prince#44 and demoMarxocrat’s corruption, daring Sullivan to find him in contempt.

We are currently surrounded by criminals with no concept of truth, justice or what it means to even BE an American. Theft, extortion, bribery and lying occupy their entire waking moments, which seemingly never changes. Eventually, the stench of demoMarxocrat policies and methods, forever corrupt, will slow or almost stop, but they will NEVER completely end. There is a vast cadre of people out there that will perpetuate the swamp because the swamp NEEDS them.

Cut to the chase with Grant Baker, American Thinker: ‘The Continued Frameup of General Flynn’…

In an unprecedented act, the D.C. Court of Appeals denied General Michael Flynn’s emergency petition for writ of mandamus, keeping the prosecution alive despite all charges dropped and an earlier order by an appeals court panel to dismiss the case. The prosecution of General Flynn is an open display of Washington corruption, but one that cannot be fully understood without the story in its entirety.

Against the strong objections of the Obama administration, General Flynn was appointed to National Security Advisor by President Trump at the beginning of his presidency, prompting attacks on his reputation by the intelligence community through selective leaks to various media outlets. On February 9th, 2017, the Washington Post reported that Flynn had discussed sanctions against Russia on the phone with the Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, implying that a backdoor deal was being struck against America’s best interests. The next day, the Post reported that Flynn may have lied to Vice President Mike Pence about his call with Kislyak. Pence had already made high-profile TV appearances stating that the campaign team had no improper contact with the Russians. The Trump team had been putting out fires relating to accusations of collusion with Russia and the possibility that Flynn had misled Pence concerning his call with the Russian ambassador was gasoline on the flames. After an FBI transcript of the call confirmed that Kislyak had brought up sanctions, Trump asked Flynn for his resignation on February 13th, twenty-four days after appointment.

After the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller to investigate claims of Russian collusion, the FBI and the Department of Justice swarmed General Flynn, investigating his past business dealings, business partners, even his son. Every salacious detail was leaked to the Washington Post and the New York Times, both churning out propaganda stories implying that Flynn had betrayed his country by selling out to foreign powers.

In the end, there was no evidence of illegal activity or collusion with Russia. Instead, Flynn was accused of lying to the FBI about discussing sanctions with Kislyak. Half of America watched with horror, the other with glee, as Flynn surrendered himself after pleading guilty to lying to the FBI and entering a plea deal with Mueller. James Comey, the disgraced former FBI Director, tweeted a bible verse:

But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream. (Amos 5:24)

Rogue “Judges” like Sullivan unfortunately are the norm, not a novelty. They create their own rules and are never held accountable, as is patently obvious; somebody behind them pulling the strings which, again unfortunately also includes SCOTUS Roberts. Whenever any demoMarxocrat character is involved, results require equivalent, or OBOzo ones. No big secret that rulings by such cretins are one of Roberts’ specialties (just remember his fidgety behavior during the Senate impeachment fiasco) and pretzel logic from demoMarxocrat judges are beyond imagination. And any hint of sanity.

Currently I would aver that We the (63 million) People are at the ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ summary of the case. I’m not yet fully convinced that Patriot Flynn will ever be able to tell the truth about what transpired under the extremely corrupt OBO#44. It strikes me that at some point fearless President Trump will have to step in. I wouldn’t mind seeing some kind of special speech explaining the details mentioned above to the American people.

Two giant question marks remain: Why is Sullivan doing this and just WHO is yanking his chain, and just how much do we know about the interactions between Flynn’s first law firm and the DOJ in trying to get him to plead guilty. It’s been alleged that they were compromised. Can this be proven?

At that time, and only at that time, can PDJT be allowed to step in with a pardon to end this obstructive, obsessive, and anti-American chicanery perpetrated by the demoMarxocrat antiAmerican cabal. As for AG Barr etal, I’m afraid he’s becoming more and more of a parody of himself while squirreling away the goodies. He’s become a lump on a log. Sad for me to say, but true.
