The old Joe Biden from 40+ years ago was a do-nothing Senator, preferring instead to be rattling around with the likes of evil Ted Kennedy and chatting up any and all willing females out for adventure, while somewhere along the way likely having a soft-spot for America. This current 79-year-old dementia-riven village idiot still hasn’t done anything of note, has no idea what he’s saying most of the time, and has become even more of a turncoat than he was those many moons ago. Don’t take my word for it – go check it out for yourself!

Funny thing is – not really so funny – he keeps repeating lies that are meant to showcase his own grandiosity, from a dangerous landing in Iraq – that wasn’t – a medal ceremony in Afghanistan told all wrong, to having a teaching gig at the University of Pennsylvania – he didn’t – and more. Much more. He doesn’t even seem able to recognize his own bull manure anymore. His plagiarism of Britain’s Neal Kinnock in a 1987 debate still haunts him to this day. PHEW!

The guy referring to himself as Joe Biden is a dishonest (and corrupt) moron so like millions more, yours truly really doesn’t take him at face value, nor to much of what he has to say on any topic. The current issue at hand, however, is outrageous to the point of overturning a patently faulty precedent and returning the decision to individual State voters and their representatives, while attempting to label it “undermining democracy” – Lie much, Joe?

Rather instead, his little pea-brain avers he simply desires the Supreme Court to be a supra-legislature in somehow willfully adopting the policies of the DemoMarxocrat Party which in no way could pass legislatively. Clearly, this is not the Court’s function. No wonder he had to plagiarize to get through law school. This is what you get from a feeble mind drunk with power. His rabid appeals to the pro-death constituency are nothing more than a cry for help to keep his power from being diminished. Not to mention keeping Hunter away from getting himself locked away for the rest of his tenure.

No branches of government are co-equal. They each have different powers and act as checks and balance, but are by no means co-equal. As he disses and dismisses a co-equal branch of government, he’s doing nothing but attacking the Republic itself, even though the Biden of old (before going more or less completely round the bend) was not on board for the massive elective abortion brought to us by Roe v. Wade. Recently of course, totally overturned.

How the president got everything all wrong.

President Joe Biden is continuing to recklessly attack the Supreme Court for its decision overturning Roe v. Wade in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case. “This was not a decision driven by the Constitution,” the president said on July 8th  as he prepared to sign executive orders purporting to protect access to reproductive health services and women’s privacy. “And despite what those justices in the majority said, this was not a decision driven by history.”

President Biden claimed that “the Court has made clear it will not protect the rights of women.” He accused the Court of rendering a “decision based on a reading of a document that was frozen in time in the 1860s” and then practically daring “the women of America to go to the ballot box and restore the very rights they’ve just taken away.”

The president added that “what we’re witnessing wasn’t a constitutional judgment. It was an exercise in raw political power.”

President Biden is wrong on all counts. He is the one trying to wield “raw political power” with his outrageous attack on a co-equal branch of government, whose independence is key to preserving the rule of law. The justices took themselves out of playing the role of unelected legislators who would presume to rewrite the Constitution and create a “right” that was never there to begin with in order to achieve a particular policy outcome. The majority opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case clearly explained that the Court was simply returning abortion-related issues to the states’ elected representatives to handle, as the elected state officials had done for nearly 200 years.[-]

[+] … The professor’s premise is that government regulation of abortion deprives black women of a constitutional right embedded in the 13th Amendment that was supposedly intended to do away with slavery’s denial of reproductive freedoms including abortion. Then, following her fallacious premise to its illogical conclusion, once black women are protected from governmental interference in their decision to have an abortion, all other pregnant women must be accorded that same protection.

Recall that Margaret Sanger had talked about liberating all women from being relegated to the status of a “slave-mother.” But abortion on demand was not her solution.

The Left is clamoring for President Biden to exercise even more raw political power to entrench abortion on demand nationwide than he has already tried to do. If the president bows once again to their pressure, he may get another chance to deal with the Supreme Court he so detests. [end]

The demoMarxcrat / Hate America Party is expert in waging law-fare. The opposition party – aka the Stupid Party – is an inept craven entity led by venal self-serving politicians (McConnell & McCarthy come to mind, but there are scores of others). Until there’s a real opposition party the aforementioned demoMarxocrat / Hate America Party will continue its takeover of our once great nation. And don’t think that the likes of OBO#44, Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros, and scores of others etal are not on board to completely overturn the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America – the very same that is being cradled at the moment from President Donald John Trump.

It’s pretty simple really, there’s America First and then everything else. Our country isn’t always right, but always strives to be. Warrior-President Trump had the most to lose these last 6 years, but in spite of all the hatred and vitriol from his detractors (both left and right), his efforts for America and its citizens knows no bounds.
