En Garde in the bunker…

Bagpipes Bill-Katie-Barr-the-Door makes news yet again, albeit somewhat on the downside of things. But between he and apparently some guy or gal with the last name “Durham”, it would appear to seem like ole ‘bagpipes Bill’ has been fooling We the (80 million+) People all the time he’s been in office. Or should that be “pretending he’s been in office?”

First off we had the “hale and hearty” one Jeff Sessions, whose very first line of business was that he had absolutely no intentions of pursuing any cases he thought were political. And most everything being done against PDJT he could probably spin as being political in his mind. Add in the fact he recused himself of anything related to Russiagate and he’d pretty much washed his hands of a huge amount of activity that should have been prosecuted. Hardly patriotic material in anybody’s book. The “sessions” after all, were over before they ever began!

Bagpipes Bill-Katie-Barr-the-Door was far better. He fooled many of us until we realized he ‘hummed-and-hawed’ and ‘Durham-d’ us with a faux investigation of the first crime of the century; the intelligence agencies targeting a presidential campaign, and then the soft coup to unseat a seated POTUS.

Barr-blocking a federal prosecutor, specifically a hot mess of corruption going on in Philly-delphia, parsing-and-tongue-finding NO significant corruption, despite hundreds of a) sworn affidavits; b) video of observers being forced out and restricted; c) windows blocked with cardboard; d) late night/early am ballot drops; e) voting laws illegally changed and f) use of voting mules. All of which simply cements Bagpipes-Bill-Katie-Barr-the-Door’s talent of being nothing more than a consummate con artist of the very highest order. Barr NONE – toss in the feeble minded Sessions for good order.

One simply cannot blame President Donald John Trump, a patriot tossed into the vipers pit having absolutely no idea how deep and how wide it was — who did? We the (80 million+) People must forever fight back against those ungrateful unconstitutional enemies of America who blame him.

Taking on the fight of election integrity is not a small task. Conservatives are slow to realize that they will have to rearrange some of their core priorities in order to win that battle. Most of we warriors of freedom are hoping and praying that the Arizona Audit will be the galvanizing force to wake up conservative America and truly begin the fight for Constitutional Governance again.

Sundance, Conservative Treehouse: PDJT ‘Outs’ Former AG Barr Blocking PA Vote Fraud Investigation’ …

This is interesting. In the middle of his CPAC speech President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell story about a Pennsylvania U.S. Attorney who was intending to investigate voter fraud in Philadelphia and was blocked by Attorney General Bill Barr. The excerpt is below.

There are three U.S. Attorney Divisions in Pennsylvania: Eastern (Philly), Middle (Wilkes-Barre) and Western (Pittsburgh/Erie).Given the nature of the story as told during the speech, it would most likely be the former USAO in the Philadelphia office; that was William M. McSwain who announced his resignation on January 14, 2021.

In previous comments attributed to AG Bill Barr, he claimed to have seen no evidence of election fraud. The Atlantic Article cites Bill Barr stating to an AP journalist December 1st 2020:”To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” and then the article covers the fallout with the White House from that AP interview.

However, there’s a big difference between not seeing election fraud and purposefully blocking a United States Attorney Office from investigating allegations of fraud with an institutional motive not to discover or see it.

REMINDER: On October 19, 2020, former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr appointed John Durham as special prosecutor under authorities provided by DOJ regulations [28 cfr 600]. However, AG Bill Barr did not tell the public at the time of the appointment. Within the original appointment,  AG Barr notes the reason for doing this quietly [Page 2, Paragraph (e)]:

“Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(b), I have determined that the notification requirement … should be tolled until at least after the November 3, 2020 election because legitimate and investigative privacy concerns warrant confidentiality.“

In essence, AG Bill Barr stated he did not want to impact the 2020 presidential election with a notification to congress or the public of this appointment. While the justification for this approach is clearly within the unspoken rules of the DOJ not wanting to give the impression of interference in political elections, we must also accept these unspoken DOJ rules only flow in one direction – when Democrat party politicians need to be protected.

However, beyond the justification for not informing the public that U.S. Attorney John Durham was now empowered with special prosecutor authorities before the 2020 presidential election, there are much bigger issues that surface; and this must be accepted and discussed in its purposeful totality. Traitor McConnell and others purposely delayed most of President Trump’s nominees so these positions were never filled, thereby sabotaging his administration. Meanwhile the Republicon-demoMarxocrats rallied judges nation-wide to prevent many of his policies – like the wall as an example – from coming to fruition. So much for trying to bring in outsiders!

Fearless President Trump had – STILL has! – the whole world fighting him. Even the Senate didn’t adjourn so he could do recess appointments. At least he had a tiny handful of patriotic congressional folks trying to help. He wasn’t trying to appease anyone since it’s never been his nature, yet it’s amazing that he accomplished anything at all; yet he produced an incredible economy, a job market for all stripes, foreign policy using economic sanctions as leverage, and the big beautiful border wall!
