En Garde in the bunker…

Elsewhere within the shores of my birth-Blighty – aka “Britain; the British Isles; England, the United Kingdom, etc., etc., etc”… An ex-soldier evangelist was arrested for offending two lesbians, who filed a complaint that he had upset them by telling them Biblical truths. He was immediately arrested and The Crown Prosecution Service charged him. The case was eventually dropped when neither outraged woman could be found to show up in court. The CPS said publicly that in today’s world there were certain parts of the Bible which were no longer relevant or appropriate(sic) The supposedly “revered” Archbishop of Canterbury said the following regarding this statement. Nothing. Zip. Nada.

Added on to which, the concept of “authority” is radically different in the U.S. from that of, say, Great Britain. We believe that rights are inherent in individual humans and that the authority to govern proceeds from the governed (consent). In Great Britain (certainly in England), rights are seen as something wrested away from the government (Magna Carta) or bestowed by the government. (The people acquiesce, until pushed too far.) The philosophical difference is profound, with an even more profound influence on the American attitude toward government. It is that, and not simply race or “culture”, that makes unchecked immigration a threat, the American concept of rights being somewhat unique.

This pray tell, is all about my once-beloved Britain, also a once-Christian nation, for which the most popular name for boys there now is Mohammad. I’d be willing to bet if the woman silently praying outside the abortion clinic had been reading the Koran instead, no policeman would have dared to approach her. So as Britain, having shunned the prescient warnings of Enoch Powell in the 1960s, becomes more Islamic by the day, courtesy of WEF plant PM Sunak holding the doors open for a culture completely antithetical to Christianity, this arresting people praying outside places like abortion clinics etal, will only get progressively more commonplace.

Having spoken earlier today to my sister still in the confines of family within greater Manchester, I was informed that tonight they will be enjoying Carols from Kings College Cambridge, a more serene and beautiful service one can’t imagine. And they will, in part, grieve for country from which the long-forever Queen Elizabeth is no longer around, nor her providential (and handsome) Duke of Edinburgh, from which everything has been somewhat subsumed into one world madness. The State is all. There is no, nor seems to be, room for Almighty God. A grotesque tragedy indeed. Orwell’s prophetic book has come to pass!

Mrs Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, aged 45, was not doing anything except standing inside an area under what local officials call a “Public Spaces Protection Order.” [Birmingham, UK, News Link] Within these designated areas protest is not permitted. Prayer is considered an act of protesting.

Mrs. Vaughan-Spruce was standing alone, in silence.  However, she was thinking prayerful thoughts without speaking. As a consequence, her cognitive state -thinking about prayer- was in violation of the protection order.

A police officer arrived and questioned Mrs. Vaughan-Spruce about her thoughts. Mrs. Vaughan-Spruce told the police officer the truth, she was thinking about prayers. The police officer arrested Mrs. Vaughan-Spruce for violating the Public Spaces Protection Order with her thoughts.

Stunningly unbelievable that the Citizens of the UK have allowed their rights to be COMPLETELY obliterated to this point. Arrested for your “Thoughts”? It is also stunning that ANYBODY calling themselves an officer of the law would even go along with arresting that woman. WOW…..Praying at Brit abort clinics a no-no.

Such gatherings do occur. How many here knew about the nightly vigils at the D.C. gulag for the J6’ers? That went on for weeks. Heck it might still be going on. Mostly quiet but some music and praying sometimes. The prisoners would flash their lights. When a tree falls in the forest but there is no one to hear it is there really a sound?  Anyway, in life, at least the one I’ve lived thus far, even though perhaps not in prophecy, it’s the aggressive who dominate the planet. The meek are ignored or destroyed. I wish it were different but if wishes were horses we’d all be cowboys.
