Obama’s criminal eye has been resting on Texas since he was held to account by Gov. Perry on the airport tarmac in Austin during an early visit as faux president. The two men have an icy history dating back to that August 2010 encounter, when Perry attempted to hand Obama a letter about immigration reform. The faux president refused to take it and asked Perry to hand it to an aide. The Governor is still awaiting a response.
