Let a generation pass and the “rules” will no longer be questioned. As President Ronald Wilson Reagan said it: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”

There’s a very simple solution to this so-called current “invasion” in Philly: “Do Not Comply.” Plus the fact that had our forefathers “complied,” then all of us would either still be “Loyal Subjects,™” currently, or we’d all be speaking German or Japanese, or some other language by now. Where’s the “steeliness” in our makeup?

What’s totally weird is that cases are increasing but not a word about testing? When they still had their fake PCR tests, they were bludgeoning people over the head twenty times a day with the fake numbers. Now they’re avoiding the testing numbers like the plague. So just what are they trying to hide? One guess could be that only the vaccinated are testing positive.

If you allow them to, government officials will always insist that they’re “protecting your interests” because they know what “your interests” are much better than you do. It is therefore for this very-altruistic reason that they “must” deprive you of your freedom.

Of course, in the closely-related case of “Anthony Fauci, the FDA, the CDC, the NIH, and so on,” there’s the lucrative issue of patent royalties within each of which these parties have a direct financial interest  – not only in this absurdly-lucrative medical product but also within a very great many others.Yes, you heard it right. The FDA directly profits from the very things that it is supposed to “regulate.”

The immortal words of H.L.Mencken: “The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.”

An overwhelming majority of Americans now believe that the coronavirus crisis has all but passed and is now a much more manageable issue, according to a new poll.

Axios reports that in its latest poll, conducted with Ipsos, only 9 percent of Americans call the coronavirus pandemic “a serious crisis.” Conversely, 73 percent described it as “a problem, but manageable.” Another 17 percent say it is “not a problem at all.” Along party lines, only 3 percent of Republicans called it a “crisis,” in comparison to 16 percent of Democrats; 66 percent of Republicans called it “manageable,” while 81 percent of Democrats said the same. Just 3 percent of Democrats think it is no longer an issue, with 31 percent of Republicans giving the same answer. [-]

[+] … These numbers reflect an ongoing trend away from unspoken or indirect support for lockdown measures by a sizable portion of the population, in favor of lifting restrictions so that life can return to normalcy. The political ramifications of ongoing lockdown efforts in areas primarily run by Democrats have already been seen in recent elections, including, most prominently, the Virginia gubernatorial election last November. Polling suggests that if the Democratic Party is defeated in a landslide in this year’s midterms, which seems likely, the ongoing support by the party for continued restrictions will play a key role. Just in time for the Pennsylvania primary election (May 17th), Philadelphia returns to a mandatory mask mandate.  According to Philadelphia officials, effective April 18th masks “will be required in all indoor public spaces, including schools and childcare settings, businesses, restaurants, and government buildings.”

(ABC Philadelphia) – Philadelphia has become the first major U.S. city to reinstate its indoor mask mandate, following an increase in COVID-19 infections, in recent weeks.

Beginning April 18, masks will be required in all indoor public spaces, including schools, child care settings, businesses, restaurants and government buildings.

“I sincerely wish we didn’t have to do this again. I wish this pandemic was over just as much as any of you, but I am very worried about our vulnerable neighbors and loved ones. My hope that our actions today will slow the spread of COVID and help us avoid seeing our ERs, once again, gets so crowded, that people can’t get timely care when they need it,” Health Commissioner Cheryl Bettigole said during a press conference on Monday. Pardon yours truly’s skepticism, which seems like the whole Ukraine/Russia, Russia, Russia narrative isn’t working too well, if at all, and the economy is in shambles with no hope of recovery in sight – so guess it’s time to trot out the old “We’re all gonna DIE” ploy again!

In light of this announcement, what’s the over/under on TSA dropping the mask mandate on planes next week? Sounds like the airlines have been pushing hard for it but some of the more Stalinist flight attendants love it and have been pushing back.

Before today, I would’ve said it was 60/40 that it would expire on April 18th, but with the bad inflation numbers coming out tomorrow and the demoMarxocrats increasingly looking at a bloodbath in November, yours truly will now be switching to 40/60 – maybe even 30/70 – that they drop it anytime soon! BINGO!
