There’s a forever strange disconnect in folks’ thinking to be sure. Many for instance, continually vote and promote policies that directly threaten their well being and even their very existence yet they persist in their folly. Imbeciles morons or idiots – whatever the adjective used – are a danger to themselves and society in general. It is wise therefore, to approach them with caution!

The vaunted Mark Twain said one time: “It’s hard to win an argument with a smart person; it’s impossible to do so with a stupid one.” Commonsense after all, is becoming a lost commodity.

As a federal republic, America is uniquely placed to temper any insanity from the central government by invoking states’ powers. This will prove the only defense dissenting states have against destructive federal policies. May they succeed in retaining their oasis of normality against the ravages of ideology run wild, somewhat akin to Lot after the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Cutting to the chase right off the bat, States Rights trump the lawless DC power grab every time. Restore the balance of power that the Founders intended and we the people prosper, ie the delicate balance of power that the DC sewer rats have corrupted and overturned through decades of graft and warmongering. Start with the 17th amendment. The govt Oligarchs work for and protect the corrupt Beast system not we the people; we just get the honor of paying for the scam.

But wait! As of Feb 22, 38% of people aged 65+ in Texas have had at least one dose of a vaccine. Since that was a week ago, and since not everyone over 65 wants to be vaccinated, and since Abbott’s removal of restrictions takes effect on March 10, it appears that virtually everyone 65+ who wants a vaccine will have been able to get one. That is the correct criterion. The risk of Covid to people under 65 is infinitesimal.

This has all been public knowledge since the beginning of the lockdown. Even ‘Down Under’ the Australian government’s own website admitted the tests were flawed, and a court in Portugal ruled they were not fit for purpose. Even the fake ‘Dr’ Anthony Fauci has publicly admitted that a cycle threshold over 35 is going to be detecting “dead nucleotides”, not a living virus. Yet despite all of this, it is known that many labs around the world have been using PCR tests with CT values over 35, even into the low 40s.

Eric Lendrum, American Greatness: ‘Texas and other Red States Lift Restrictions’…

The state of Texas, among other Republican-controlled states, announced on Tuesday that it will be ending all coronavirus-related restrictions on the economy and individual rights, as reported by ABC News.

Governor Greg Abbott (R-Texas) declared at a press conference that “it is now time to open Texas 100 percent,” adding that “it is clear from the recoveries, from the vaccinations, from the reduced hospitalizations, and from the safe practices that Texans are using, that state mandates are no longer needed.”

Abbott announced that he would be signing an executive order, effective March 10th, that would eliminate any remaining mask mandates in the state, and would also permit any and all businesses to reopen at full capacity.

In Mississippi, Governor Tate Reeves (R-Miss.) made a similar announcement on the same day confirming that there would be no more mask mandates or restrictions on businesses in the state. Reeves made the announcement in a Facebook post, similarly citing the fact that “our hospitalizations and case numbers have plummeted, and the vaccine is being rapidly distributed,” and that as such, “we are lifting all of our county mask mandates and businesses will be able to operate at full capacity without any state-imposed rules.”

Although the moves are being widely praised by residents of the states, including business owners who were the most impacted by the lockdown measures, federal bureaucrats voiced their opposition to the states’ decisions to return to being free societies. Anthony Fauci claimed that “we have to carefully look at what happens over the next week or so with those numbers” before removing such restrictions, without explaining why the next week in particular is so important.

Similarly, Andy Slavitt, one of Biden’s senior COVID-19 advisers, called it “a mistake to lift these mandates too early,” and falsely claimed that “masks are saving a lot of lives,” despite overwhelming evidence that masks have little to no impact on slowing or halting the spread of the coronavirus.[end.”

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end for red state nonsense as Governor Greg Abbott (Texas) and Governor Tate Reeves (Mississippi) finally take heed to what Florida and South Dakota have proven throughout the manipulative COVID panic.  Both Texas and Mississippi governors announce today they will drop the ridiculous mask mandates and open all businesses within their respective states.

The overwhelming majority of dictates around COVID-19 mitigation are not laws. There was no debate; no input from representative government; and no option for the public to weigh-in on the decisions. All unilateral rules are arbitrary, and despite many proclamations to the contrary, they rely upon voluntary compliance. As soon as citizens no longer voluntarily comply, the term of the rules has expired. Liberty is inherent. The removal of liberty requires consent.[end]
