It seems unlikely that Judge Napolitano, known to be a straight-shooter, would manufacture information from three intelligence sources who confirmed that Obama used a British Intelligence agency known as the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) – to spy on the Trump campaign as a means of circumventing detection and avoiding any tracebacks to the usual U.S. Spy-agencies.
The GCHQ is the British intelligence and security organisation responsible for providing signals intelligence and information assurance to the British government and its armed forces, including the UK Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.
It would make sense that Obama would use the GCHQ and bypass the NSA, CIA, and FBI, since the GCHQ have 24/7 access to the NSA’s database.
By simply using existing back-channels Obama could easily have obtained transcripts of conversations of candidate Trump`s H.Q. without leaving a trace of American fingerprints and simply denying knowledge.

Yes, says Judge Andrew Napolitano, who claimed on Monday that “three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command” and made use of British intelligence with its “24-hour access” to the NSA’s database.
Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, the former chief of staff to Colin Powell at the State Department, is also persuaded that British intelligence was cooperating with John Brennan’s fishing expedition into candidate Trump.
Judge Napolitano has a great reputation, and isn’t an attention-seeker who just casually talks about this kind of stuff. He probably even knows who the person was who resigned three days after the inauguration (although this is common knowledge now). This didn’t come from nowhere and it most likely stems from the same information that President Trump was given when it was discovered that he had been wiretapped. This is why the FBI, CIA and NSA can say with a straight face, that they didn’t digitally surveill/wiretap candidate Trump, because they didn’t – ‘they’ had someone else do it!
If another country did the wiretapping on behalf of the Obama Administration, this would explain why the Trump Administration can’t get its hands on the proof, and all while the former administration looks innocent in the matter…

However, during his daily press briefing Monday, White House press secretary Sean Spicer reinterpreted the president’s controversial tweets, saying Trump does not think Obama personally wiretapped him but was instead “referring to surveillance overall.”
Spicer said Trump “doesn’t really think” Obama “tapped his phone personally.”
“The president used the word ‘wiretap’ in quotes to mean, broadly, surveillance and other activities,” he said.
The House Intelligence Committee will begin hearings March 20 on Russia’s alleged interference into the U.S. presidential election. The lawmakers plan to discuss Trump’s claims about Obama at that time.
The Obama claque remains a coterie of anti-American traitors – the Clintons, Kerry, Brennan, Holder, Jeh Johnson, Valerie Jarrett, Rahm Emanuel, et al .. a cabal of renegade America-haters chosen precisely for that purpose.
