As ‘task’ puts it in the comments: “You would think someone would have asked Judge Jackson what is special about America and why the Constitution makes it so? The judges that were selected to rule over the January 6 Defendants should have dismissed most of the charges immediately.”

Exactly – Any and every country is about borders, language and culture, but America was once extraordinarily special. What made it so? For starters, January 6 has become a political sham based on Marxist ideology, having nothing whatsoever to do with the American Government any more than LGB does. Its root cause is an education system and a media that good hard working Americans never imagined could be infiltrated in efforts to redefine the role of government and the citizen. It used to be that any student educated in America was taught about the relationship of the people and the government that was very special in America.

Anyone who participated in this plan and overtly helped orchestrate and implement it should be executed for treason – or would the proper term be “sedition”? – makes no difference – dead is dead, the name of the crime is irrelevant. Anyone who tacitly went along should be imprisoned for at least 10 years – including FBI agents. Make them pay for the deaths, horror and mayhem they deliberately caused, together with the lives they destroyed.

Additionally, the bottom line is that this entire ‘insurrection’ narrative was intended to distract and deter us from focusing on the overwhelming (and mounting) evidence of the stolen election; based on the continuing revelations and recent polling, it has failed miserably. Unfortunately Federal District Court judges have proven themselves to be a most effective stumbling block to government of, by and for the people. In so many instances they’ve become autocratic and politically motivated in the exercise of their power.

Yes, we might have to change a few laws but the resulting “bracing” awareness that just as “It’s not nice to fool mother nature” is true, neither is trying to overthrow the government. As Samuel Johnson said, “Imminent death has an amazingly clarifying effect on the mind.”

Capitol Police did, in fact, let the protesters in the building.

How does a mob “illegally storm” the Capitol building when police let them in? That is the latest narrative-shifting question the media wants desperately to avoid after a federal judge on Wednesday found a January 6 defendant not guilty for his conduct during the protest at the Capitol that day.

Matthew Martin was arrested in Santa Fe, New Mexico on April 22, 2021; he later was charged with the four most common misdemeanors related to the Justice Department’s prosecution of Capitol protesters: entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct, violent entry, and parading in the Capitol building.

Those petty offenses comprise the overwhelming majority of criminal charges against the nearly 800 or so January 6 defendants. More than 150 people have pleaded guilty to the “parading” charge—many have been sentenced to a few months in prison.

But those defendants might regret accepting the plea deal offered by the government after D.C. District Court Judge Trevor McFadden not only acquitted Martin on all counts but agreed with Martin’s assertion that he was “waved” in by Capitol Police officers. Martin, who opted for a bench trial before the Trump-appointed judge and testified in his own defense, entered the building around 3 p.m. through a set of doors on the east side. He walked through the Rotunda and stayed inside for about 10 minutes.

For that activity—a right protected under the Constitution up until January 6, 2021—Martin’s life, like that of every other American ensnared in this abusive prosecution, has been destroyed. Following his acquittal, Martin spoke to reporters outside the federal courthouse in Washington, D.C. “I am very thankful for the judge’s verdict and hoping to get my life back together, get my job back,” said Martin, who was fired as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy after he was arrested a year ago. Jan 6 nothing but dem politico fake. Obamacare soaring cost death knell…

The left wing media attempts to shrug this off as an incorrect decision by a “Trump judge.” Meanwhile the rest of the defendants get prosecuted and convicted by “left wing judges.” The Trump judge made the correct decision based on video evidence that many of the protesters were voluntarily let in by the Capitol Police. To which the left wing judges don’t care. If you were in the Capitol building on 1/6, you’re an “insurrectionist” and therefore guilty as charged. Outrage!

The bigger question on the whole shebang is: Was the entire set up a trap? Was it a government-run operation, at least in part, designed to lure Republican Americans into the “insurrection” narrative — so that anyone who questioned the election, perhaps anyone who opposes the leftist demoMarxocrats or supports Trump – could be labeled a traitor?

That’s the question – and if the answer is yes, then January 6 is indeed one of the gravest attacks on our Constitutional Republic – EVER! – by the Dems, the FBI, the DOJ, the rest of the alphabets and media. To say nothing about the importance of federal judge selection to the federal courts.

Making a travesty of Jan 6 nothing but dem politico fake.
