18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Thus far, NO ONE has been charged under this federal law. No one – including the BLM and Antifa rioters who burned federal buildings in Portland and Seattle. They should be charged of course but aren’t being pursued. A case of “Equal under the law” obviously no longer applies.
Which is all by way of introduction to the fraud being perpetrated against the citizens of this nation, which to date, has reached the level of Hitler’s Nazi Germany! Those responsible reside and hide within the demoMarxocrat party, the new Nazi party of the Constitutional Republic. Those who know this is true (including some even on the Republican side) sit quietly benign instead of taking a stand, and some play Benedict Arnold and abandon our citizens and our Constitution while refusing to make any effort to stop this evil.

U.S. Representative Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) prompted outrage this week following his remarks during a congressional hearing on the events of January 6, 2021.
Clyde, along with several Republican House members, is finally pushing back on the Democrats’ allegedly unassailable narrative about what happened that day. The roughly four-hour disturbance at the Capitol, as I’ve covered for months, is being weaponized not only against Donald Trump but also hundreds of nonviolent Americans who traveled to their nation’s capital to protest the final certification of a fraudulent presidential election. Well, not to everyone. It doesn’t matter to Nancy Pelosi or to Liz Cheney or to MSNBC reporters or, quite frankly, to nearly every Democratic voter. It does, thankfully, still matter to tens of millions of Americans who believe their votes were disqualified by a rigged presidential election and who are now considered wannabe insurrectionists and domestic terrorists-in-waiting by the Left and their own government.

An interesting Atlantic article from a few years ago says that America is the world’s best role model for a society “as it attempts to overcome its divisions.” In that case, our world is in very serious trouble.
