One thing that Trey Gowdy was always good at while in Congress was that kind of ‘growly face’ look with piercing eyes right after he’d finished rattling somebody’s cage over this, that, or t’other. The last couple of months before an election after all, is the season where Republicans act like they’re conservatives with cajones.

Take for instance, the words of yours truly and soon, there’ll be sightings of Lindsey Graham and Dan Crenshaw wearing jeans and shirts with the sleeves rolled up as if they’re headed out to really fix some things. Frowny faces get into the mix; they’ll make lots of stern frowny faces on cable news channels while we proles will be expected to be impressed by it all..

The platitudes aver that, should House Republicans have a majority come January, they’ll be in position to conduct non-stop congressional investigations of Hunter, The Big Guy, Fauci, Merrick Garland, Ray Epps, DC federal judges, etal. They might even be of a mind to impeach Old Joe over the wide open border and China and thereby putting a halt on.everything the demoMarxocrats are up to.

Also, should Senate Republicans have control in January, they’ll be in position to freeze all judiciary nominations, especially that of the GiggleQueen’s replacement. When Republicans control Congress and the Supreme Court after all, Old Joe will be isolated in the Oval Office, with the voting ballot therefore becoming much more mightier than the sword.

The key is the jury pool in DC. The demoMarxocats must be ousted from the capital and replaced with MAGA loyalists. It allows for our justice system to work by allowing aggressive MAGA prosecutors to go after the RINO’s and the Dems and make them pay for their crimes in front of a jury(ies) that is/are sympathetic to MAGA. DC must be turned back into a MAGA homeland.

A California Kevin McCarthy-led House will be, except for the rhetoric, indistinguishable from the Pelosi Galore-led House. With new rhetoric, it will be indistinguishable from the Cryin’ Johnny / Wisconsin Weasel led Houses. McCarthy isn’t very bright, being as he is from California, and he isn’t to be believed or trusted.

Two Republicans who are likely to become chairs of key investigative committees in the House of Representatives have both vowed to subpoena Joe Biden’s son Hunter and brother James over their suspicious overseas business dealings.

Just The News reports that Congressman James Comer (R-Ky.), who is likely to become the next chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said he will seek to compel testimony from both Bidens if the GOP wins the majority back in November.

“We’re gonna ask them to testify, and when they say no, then we’ll subpoena them,” Comer said in an interview. “So that’ll be probably the first subpoena issued by a Republican majority.”

Comer noted that the subpoenas would not simply be “picking on Hunter Biden for political reasons,” but instead would be because “we believe that Hunter Biden and his shady business dealings have compromised Joe Biden in some of the decisions that he’s making, especially when you look at decisions he’s made with respect to China, and with respect to Russia.”

“We consider this a priority for the American people,” Comer added. “We should consider this a national security risk, and we’re not going to let up on it.” [-]

Foreign business dealings have long been a staple of the Biden family since before Joe Biden rose to power, particularly with regards to his only remaining son, Hunter. Hunter’s affiliation with a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma Holdings, saw his father use his power as then-vice president to force the then-president of Ukraine to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption; the elder Biden later publicly boasted about this feat at a foreign policy panel.

In recent months, Biden’s repeated claims that he knew nothing about his son’s business affairs have come under greater scrutiny, with recently-uncovered evidence revealing that he indeed knew about such transactions, and even met with many of Hunter’s business partners while he was still vice president. Hunter & James Biden subpoena’d? Hunter Biden magical mystery tour…

Just keep remembering folks that Old Joe is The Godfather behind this family of criminals and netting the corrupt old husk (who is by the way, engaged in actively destroying our country and global reputation at record speed) would truly be the Holy Grail. Then (hopefully) they will be sent off to a small and dark place never to be seen or heard from again.

Which certainly sounds great but on the other hand one could see this going two routes:

Hunter and his Uncle Jimbo refuse to testify and get held in contempt of Congress. DOJ will do nothing and the hearings will fizzle out. Outraged GOP swamp creatures will go on the air and promise things like this won’t happen again if we elect more of their ilk to elected offices.

Or, they agree to testify to whichever committee will piece together the Biden Crime Family operations. DemoMarxocrats and the media circle the wagons when impeachment gets bandied about. Upon seeing this, Romney, Collins and all the usual suspects derail an impeachment move and the angry swamp creatures will again promise retribution just as soon as their fellow travelers are elected. Mmmmm.

As Jim Jordan put it: “They’re juicing the numbers, plain and simple. They set up this office on domestic terrorism just a few months ago. This has been a big focus of the Democrats because they can’t talk about everything else that they’ve done wrong, every policy decision they made that’s been a disaster. So they’ve got this focus.”

Jordan also said he would focus on the agencies’ intentional exaggerations regarding so-called “domestic terrorism” within the United States. Jim Jordan Gem!
