So, we find out FJB took a 5 million-dollar bribe and the next day the same FBI indicts president Trump – in Florida no less on a Friday while not telling him what he’s being indicted for. Which the Mafia-style Merrick Garland and his merry band of henchmen will propagandize in a media event “sometime on the morrow“, thereby completely vaporizing the rule of law

Then there’s this: On the day members of Congress learn from an FBI document linking then-VP Joe Biden to receiving $5 MILLION from Burisma in a pay-for-play scheme, Biden’s DOJ announces another phony indictment of the leading candidate for the GOP Presidential nomination, Biden’s likely opponent, and the former POTUS.
This mob-like justice system is turning Lady Justice on its head and is the most significant threat to our democracy. Stand with President Trump. Consider this for instance:

Clearly, now is the time to say with emphasis, FJB! This situation would be hysterically funny if it weren’t so darned sad and sick. How can you prosecute a defendant without offering the specifics of the charges? That’s insane. We can only hope President Trump’s legal team is better than they’ve shown so far. President Trump announced via Truth Social, he has been indicted by the Joe Biden DOJ for documents held in Mar-a-Lago, formerly raided by the FBI.
According to initial media reports, the DOJ has filed an indictment consisting of seven counts. There are no specifics on the charges. President Trump has been told to report to Federal Court in Miami on Tuesday at 3:00pm.

The case against President Donald Trump might look bad on paper, because that is what the case against Donald Trump was designed to do. However, ultimately this case is on a trajectory to go up to a much higher court in discovery and pre-trial argument, because eventually these definitions are going to become an issue for the prosecution.
♦ THE TELL – Here’s the “tell” that every pundit, analyst and litigation expert will pretend they don’t notice. It’s the funniest part of the entire thing and yet no one, again except us, is noticing it. The DOJ has already predicated the baseline of their claim by saying they cannot tell anyone, even the court, what the nature of the documents are that underpin their assertion. Remember, they wouldn’t even let a court appointed “special master” review the documents.
Stop and think about that for a moment. NO ONE knows what the documents are, and the DOJ has stated they will never say what the documents are. The DOJ is filing a case about the mishandling of documents, in whatever legal construct they put forth, while simultaneously saying they are under no obligation to tell anyone what the documents are.

Like millions of others, it bothers me that our favorite President has to be subject to such a gross misconduct of justice. It truly does. Let’s step back and evaluate what is taking place though. This is clearly desperate acts by desperate people. They are so desperate that they have to go to this length to try to slow the momentum of President Trump and the MAGA movement. It tells me they’ve got nothing. They are emptying the barrel in desperation. They are going to very, very extreme lengths and are completely bastardizing the justice system in the process.
The justice system has been hijacked by lawless extremists. We are a nation of laws. People working in the justice dept who do not follow the laws do not represent justice. They are simply imposters and need to be removed. A man who buys a police officer’s uniform at a costume shop doesn’t become a police officer when he puts the costume on. He’s just a guy playing dress up. The same exact principle applies here. A weaponized justice dept is not and never will represent justice.
