Welcome to the crux of the whole thing, so tired of hearing legal experts discuss whether the Espionage Act was violated, or the Presidential Records Act was transgressed. It doesn’t matter folks. Even if President Trump did indeed violate these laws the undisputed fact is that federal law enforcement at all levels has been weaponized against political opponents of the Left, and particularly against Trump. Yours truly for instance, remembers very well that they used the IRS back when, to destroy the Tea Party and DOJ, in specious efforts to destroy Trump, his MAGA movement, and we conservatives while all the while refusing to prosecute members of the demoMarxocrat Party and its supporter-coalition.
It’s almost as if there’s a speed camera linked to a computer that spits out a ticket to every speeder who is a registered Republican while doing absolutely nothing when the speeder is a registered demoMarxocrat.

As with everything else he says, FJBiden is being disingenuous or simply dishonest. In early April 2022, according to the NYT, Biden told close associates that he was frustrated over Garland’s lack of action, that he believed former President Donald Trump was a threat to democracy and that he wanted Attorney General Merrick Garland’s DOJ to prosecute him. Although the Times reported that Biden had not asked the attorney general to pursue an indictment against Trump he did say that he wanted “Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6,”
I don’t know. Sounds like a “Will nobody rid me of this troublesome priest” moment to yours truly. THAT!
This indictment and trial of our fearless President Trump is nothing but a Stalinist-style Show Trial. The demoMarxocrats and the rogue regime that they represent are purging their political enemies using the the same goon-tactics that Stalin used in the 1930’s. And make no mistake about it:
Attorney General Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, the U.S. Attorney prosecuting the case, the judge on the bench and the hand-elected jury are all political goons of the first order. Together they constitute a full blown Kangaroo Court. Here’s the most frightening aspect of the OBO#44-Biden-Soros purges of their political opponents: 90% of the American public is clueless that all this is happening. They mindlessly go about their business in slack-jawed ignorance unaware of what’s about to happen to them. Let’s suppose for a moment that you are running for president and your chief rival just got indicted.
What should your response be?
- A series of viral ads
- A taunting press conference
- Silence
Normally presidential candidates cash in on the missteps of their opponents. Some of Trump’s GOP rivals may be nervous about going that route, but there isn’t a single reason in the world for Biden not to. He’s certainly not worried that Trump supporters won’t vote for him. And yet there’s a suspicious silence.
President Joe Biden and his top aides have taken a vow of silence on the federal indictment of his predecessor, Donald Trump — and have explicitly ordered the national Democratic Party and his reelection campaign to do the same.
Why do that? According to Team Biden… to avoid any suspicions.
Biden to this point has been explicit: The entities that the White House controls, which includes the reelection campaign and the Democratic National Committee, are not to publicly discuss any of the criminal investigations into Trump. Those closest to the president are deeply wary of any perception that Biden is trying to influence the investigations.
“I have never once — not one single time — suggested to the Justice Department what they should do or not do, relative to bringing a charge or not bringing a charge,” Biden told reporters Thursday. “I’m honest.”
Honest people don’t need to say that they’re honest.
Biden’s avoidance here doesn’t smack of honesty or some imaginary propriety (this is the guy who gave a speech backed by Marines warning that his political opponents were a threat to democracy), but a criminal wary of returning to the scene of the crime.
Guilty people spend much more time trying to get into the headspace of an innocent person than vice versa. They try to imagine what an innocent person would do when confronted with the scene of a crime. They feign too much shock or they talk too much or, if they listen to their lawyers (if they’re not idiots), they shut up.
And Biden, once upon a time, was a lawyer. Not a very good one, but enough to grasp the basics.
Biden’s silence is suspicious because it’s not normal behavior. By staying silent, Biden isn’t demonstrating his detachment, but his avoidance. At a time when his faction is celebrating, he’s laying low because he’s not the innocent bystander, he’s the criminal. [end]

When equal protection of law becomes Democ-rat “equity” what results is a mockery of constitutional self-government. There shall be no more elections with Donald J. Trump’s name on the ballot, declare the Democ-rat fascists, those champions (hah-hah) of voting rights for minorities and women. Neither party – Democ-rats or Republic-rats – intends to end the practice of government for the benefit of such private interests, be it the military-industrial complex or traffic camera speed-traps from sea to shining sea. Like so much presided over by venal politicians – Democ-rats and Republic-rats – our Orwellian surveillance state traffic cameras every darn where is a perversion of constitutional self-rule.
However, the just solution to purported examples of political double-dealing would not be to cite all speeders but to dismantle the corrupt traffic cameras that pay a per-ticket dividend to the private sector hustlers who run the traffic camera schemes. My point is that it IS a legal question of whether it violates equal protection and application of law, even assuming a violation of law, when the law is only enforced against a single individual or members of a particular political party or administration and not against the same or similar misconduct by the other. Double standard indictments afoot.
