Anybody out there remember who Zbigniew Brzezinski was/is? Didn’t think so, but the basic fact that he was a ‘counselor’ to LBJ from 1966-68, and finished up as National Security Advisor to the worst president in American history (until Obama slithered in to the grand title under the puppet-strings of Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros) should tell you a whole lot. But more on him later.
The Brzezinski I want to highlight right now is his daughter Mika, she of Morning Joe infamy on MSNBC. Mika Brzezinski has had a charmed life – No talent with all the right connections.
There being three Branches of government, the executive, the legislative, and the judicial, no one appointed or voted for a fourth called ‘Journalism’. Many moons ago, the press itself came up with the phrase, the ‘Fourth Estate’, ostensibly to keep tight reins and accountability on the reportage of the three branches.
Mika and Joe are self-appointed. The attitude of control expressed by these two is just one of the problems with ‘journalism’ today. Along with their producers, they write their own job descriptions. Like all their acolytes, they subscribe to the same principles or make them up as they go along. True ‘Journalism’ needs to tell the truth with no spin, bias, or lying; that is their job. Since reputable studies show journalists to be 85-90% liberal in their political thinking, there is a built in bias which makes it impossible for them to perform the job impartially.
In a hissy-fit of outrage yesterday morning, Mika went into hysterical overdrive on the topic of President Donald Trump (and you know right off the bat, addressing him in that formal manner drives them crazy) calling out the Big Left Media on their manufactured news.
As Grabien News reported it:
Controlling “exactly what people think” is the job of the media, MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski boldly declared Wednesday morning.
While discussing President Trump’s entreaties to the American people to remain skeptical of the press, Bzezinski worried that if the economy turns south, Americans may end up trusting him over the media.
“And it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think,” Brzezinski said. “And that, that is our job.” [emphasis mine]
Let me rewind that for you and quote a bit of George Orwell in the process:
“The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means you will understand presently. We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing.”
“All the others, even those who resembled ourselves, were cowards and hypocrites. The German Nazis and the Russian Communists came very close to us in their methods, but they never had the courage to recognize their own motives. They pretended, perhaps they even believed, that they had seized power unwillingly and for a limited time, and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where human beings would be free and equal.”
“We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship.”
“The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power.”
“Now you begin to understand me.”[end] ~ George Orwell, 1984
See and hear for yourself what was said in this short clip..
SCARBOROUGH: “Exactly. That is exactly what I hear. What Yamiche said is what I hear from all the Trump supporters that I talk to who were Trump voters and are still Trump supporters. They go, ‘Yeah you guys are going crazy. He’s doing — what are you so surprised about? He is doing exactly what he said he is going to do.'”
BRZEZINSKI: “Well, I think that the dangerous, you know, edges here are that he is trying to undermine the media and trying to make up his own facts. And it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think. And that, that is our job.”[again, emphasis mine .. end transcript]
The comment failed to raise any eyebrows from her co-panelists. Instead, her co-host, Joe Scarborough, said that Trump’s media antagonism puts him on par with Mussolini and Lenin.
As for the senior Brzezinski, all you need to know about him is: “1979 saw two major strategically important events: the overthrow of U.S. ally the Shah of Iran, and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The Iranian Revolution precipitated the Iran hostage crisis, which would last for the rest of Carter’s presidency. Brzezinski anticipated the Soviet invasion, and, with the support of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the People’s Republic of China, he created a strategy to undermine the Soviet presence. Using this atmosphere of insecurity, Brzezinski led the United States toward a new arms buildup and the development of the Rapid Deployment Forces – policies that are both more generally associated with Reagan’s presidency now.”
In other words, the Islamic Jihadist Muslim mess we have on our hands right now, goes right to the heart of Carter/Brzezinski policy from 1979. Mika obviously hasn’t fallen far from the tree of globalist Islamic Marxism as espoused by her father.
