En Garde in the bunker…
Brilliant, just brilliant – and on a Sunday evening at that! Trump Counsel to the president, Pat A. Cipollone formally told Capitol Hill demoMarxocrats led by Jerry Nadler that the president and his advisers will not participate in Wednesday’s House Judiciary Committee hearings.
“We cannot fairly be expected to participate in a hearing while the witnesses are yet to be named and while it remains unclear whether the Judiciary Committee will afford the President a fair process through additional hearings,” Mr. Cipollone wrote, while also pointing out that the academic nature of the hearing makes White House involvement pointless and underlines its fairness (read ‘unfairness’) concerns.
“More importantly,” he went on, “an invitation to an academic discussion with law professors does not begin to provide the President with any semblance of a fair process. Accordingly, under the current circumstances, we do not intend to participate in your Wednesday hearing.”
Which leaves Nadler and the rest of his incompetent crew, completely undressed and wandering around politically naked, having been stripped completely of the emperor’s proverbial clothes. Just keep remembering folks, this is NOT a legally-binding event. It is an impeachment ‘inquiry’ (whatever the heck that means) cobbled together by Pelosi, Schiff and the rest of the cabal – NOT a formal impeachment process. Casual threats, just a meaningless exercise.

The White House was given an arbitrary deadline of 5pm tonight (without any background information) for a participation response to a House Judiciary Committee December 4th hearing; at a time when President Trump is attending a NATO summit; for a hearing with unspecified witnesses; and for a hearing with unspecified purposes; and for a hearing with unspecified rules.

If it’s possible to lie (silly question, I know) the demoMarxocrats will lie; it’s simply part and parcel of their DNA. They’ve proven this time and time again, year after year after year, and decade after decade. They create fraudulent votes, they tamper with machines and they will, just like in 2016, lie, cheat, steal, and have illegals vote; anything that can be done they will do it right out in the open with no effort to conceal their fraud.
Throughout history when a corrupt government pushes its people too far it generally ends badly; when a government fears the people, there is freedom; when a people fear the government there is tyranny.
All in all, a great letter from the Trump Counsel, with the promise of another to come, which is exactly how you squish toads like Nadler. He can certainly dismiss the letter outright, as the deep state lamestream alphabet soup so-called ‘Media’ will, of course. But a giant foot just splattered him.
