Machiavellian Dems sleight of hand

Go ahead, make my..

Machiavellian: 1. adjective – cunning; scheming; unscrupulous, especially in politics. Rumor has it that Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., (the Supreme Court Justice) dastardly opined one time that ‘first we decide, then we look for precedent and legal reasoning, in order to justify that decision’. Which isn’t much different than a scientist or an author with an agenda. Or, come think of it, a Chief Justice by the name of John Roberts twisting himself into a black robed executionist pretzel of first ‘deciding’, then changing his mind/vote (following an overnight phone call?) which eventually led to him ‘re-inventing’ Obamacare.

And the rest as they say, is history. Or misery.

In his eminently-researched column today in American Thinker, William L Gensert lays out in each and every paragraph a bold statement of what we know to be true, yet which is roundly ignored by the DemoRINOMarxists in power. And that would be ‘one law for the political elites, and another for We the People’.

Machiavellian: 2. noun – a person who schemes in a Machiavellian way. Anyone who has been breathing for the past 15 years knows the score. Since the arising of the ‘chosen one’ from the mess of the south side of Chicago, every United States government institution has been corrupted.

An array of Machiavellian club members…

As commenter ‘Schmutzli’ expresses it from the thread: ‘With few exceptions, the judiciary in particular and the entire legal “profession” in general is perhaps the most corrupt branch of government and the most corrupt “profession”, even if organised crime is considered a profession. Salutations like “honorable”, “your honor” and commands like “all rise”, effectively stifle all criticism, and the fact that most politicians are also lawyers assures the “profession” that it will seldom if ever be held accountable for incompetence, unethical practices, corruption, or even criminality.[end]

Machiavellian.

The number of judicial ‘decisions’ that have come down through the history of the Republic are mind-boggling, from Dred Scott, to Korematsu, to Roe v Wade, to the aforementioned John Roberts’ Obamacare pretzel logic.

Yet all have been honored as divine while at the same time the Ten Commandments are being purged from the public sphere.

And don’t even get me started on the latest infanticide collusionists coming down from what can only be described any more as ‘evil Luciferian and Satanic entities’ hellbent on the destruction of the Constitutional Republic.

But I digress … over to William L Gensert and his gem opener ‘Notice How Democrats are Never Indicted?’ …

In a display of raw federal power unseen since Barack Obama rappelled from a Blackhawk helicopter to personally beat Bin Laden to death with an autographed copy of The Audacity of Hope, Roger Stone was arrested at his home by a 29-man, 17-vehicle tactical unit of the FBI.

Another Trump figure has fallen — the end is near, and the noose is tightening.  All Trump associates now fear for their lives and freedom.  Yet some people who have committed crimes much more serious than any of the Mueller indictments remain, as always, unafraid.  That list, by no means comprehensive, includes, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Clapper, Brennen, Steele, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Ohr (Mr. and Mrs.), Rice, and Yates.

Some are guilty of lying to Congress or the FBI, mishandling classified information, obstruction, conspiracy, destroying evidence, and much more.  A case could be made that the Mueller investigation itself destroyed evidence when it wiped clean the Strzok and Page cellphones to delete text messages requested by IG Horowitz.  Yet being a Democrat means never having to say you’re sorry because the rule of law only applies to Republicans and conservatives.  There are no pre-dawn, guns-drawn raids to arrest Democrats.

Hillary sold 80% of America’s uranium for a 20-minute, $500,000 Moscow speech by her husband and $140 million in donations to the “Clinton Foundation,” which foundationally was not a charity in any meaningful sense (unless of course, the charitable purpose was to make Bill, and Hill fabulously wealthy).

In contravention of campaign finance law, Hillary paid through her attorneys millions of dollars to a foreign national to use his connections with a foreign government to compile a dossier whereby both the foreign national and the foreign government could interfere with a presidential election…

Machiavellian enemies of the Republic…

And a closer from the aforementioned ‘Schmutzli’: ‘American justice has been described as the best money can buy. Often even the “best” lawyers are not particularly gifted in the law, they just have the judges in their back pocket that they practice before, through bribes, political connections, social connections, etal. While the litigants are being fleeced with more billable hours than there are in a 24 hour day and the fees mount and multiply, the outcome has already been decided and the fleeced loot divided up in chambers or after hours in the local bar (the drinking bar, not the legal bar). Legal ethics are situational at best, and a complete oxymoron in most circumstances.[end]

We are, apparently, no longer a Constitutional Republic. There is no real separation of powers, nor is there any true or effective oversight of the Judiciary. We are ruled by judicial tyrants, just as they have intended since Marbury v Madison.

That it happens is obvious. That we continue to tolerate it is a mystery.

As a PS … My memory is not short enough to avoid mention of Lois Lerner, Snake Koskinen and the rest of the American traitors who need to be added to the list of DemoRINOcrat reprobates who ought to be sitting in prison as opposed to running free collecting enormous government pensions.

Machiavellian.

Time for today’s MAGA Pill – Warrior-president Donald J Trump – MAGA!
