Justice to be served for Gen Flynn?

En Garde in the bunker…

Justice to be served for Gen Mike Flynn? Or ought to be that is … The question mark is very important.

The scurrilous rogue judge Emmett Sullivan, well known as a deep, deep, deep state protagonist of all things conservative, finds himself in a bit of a pickle these days as the tightening of the proverbial noose continues to unfold.

Judge Sullivan you see, has to keep the lid on until after the election, in the hope that Biden wins, so things can go back to the days of OBO#44 / Biden corruption, and all of this can vanish under a rug somewhere. Otherwise the admission of guilt by the FBI agents when they bought liability insurance, is going to force the DOJ / IG to find that here was indeed political bias at the root of the actions against Trump.

In addition, speaking of the IG, why were these documents hidden from the IG when he was investigating all of this? Surely a criminal action on the part of who ever did that.

Nothing has been made more clear than the deep state and their media allies hold the controls. They work hand in hand to determine when to use criminal allegations / investigations to create the political narratives that too many American people seem to buy. So it is corruption but also ignorance that is destroying the country. One can’t work without the other.

The cynic in me presumes of course that all this presumptive activity applies mainly to the little fish like the prosecutors on Herr Müller’s team. (As long as Müller himself is the most senile man in D.C. next to Biden, it’s impossible to say what his mental state was in the past, although he was clearly never very bright).

Like many others around me, I’d love to see Flynn sue for malicious prosecution and win, but for these reasons I’m not sure he could find a lawyer to take the case. At least Carter Page’s lawsuit is ongoing, and his lawyers have informed the government he may sue on additional grounds in the future. Our leader PDJT himself has a strong civil case, but of course he doesn’t need monetary damages. Albeit yours truly wouldn’t put it past him to have them go to those in need!

On to Lloyd Billingsley, FrontPageMag: ‘New Flynn Document Dump poses Real Trouble for Dems’…

In early September, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit rejected Gen. Michael Flynn’s petition for dismissal and voted 8-2 to send the case back to judge Emmet Sullivan. The judge, who rejected the Department of Justice dismissal of the case, must now consider documents Flynn’s attorneys filed with the court on Thursday.

“General Flynn has a Sixth Amendment right to a public exoneration regarding the proceedings against him,”  the documents state, “and the American people have a right to know the truth about the nefarious conduct and the people who committed it. The defense objects to any redactions and demands that the Government file these documents unredacted on the public record.”

In messages exchanged on the FBI’s “Lync” messaging system in October of 2016, FBI employees exchanged messages about the “Crossfire Road Show,” stating that they were “interested to see how this all plays out.” They knew exactly how bad it was: “I’m telling man, if this thing ever gets FOIA’d, there are going to be some tough questions asked.” [-]

[+] … FBI employees discussed the January 5, 2017, briefing of Obama: “What’s the word on how O’s briefing went”? asked one employee, to which the other replied, “Don’t know but people here are scrambling for info to support certain things and it’s a mad house.” “Trump was right. Still not put together…why do we do this to ourselves. What is wrong with these people.”

FBI analysts knew it was so bad that they “all went and purchased professional liability insurance.” [-]

[+] … “There was no case against General Flynn. There was no crime. The FBI and the prosecutors knew that. This American hero and his entire family have suffered for four years from public abuse, slander, libel, and all means of defamation at the hands of the very government he pledged his life to defend. For these reasons and all those previously briefed, the Government’s Motion to Dismiss should now be granted with prejudice Instanter for multiple violations of Brady and the wrongful prosecution of General Flynn when the agents and prosecutors knew there was no crime. This hideous abuse of power and travesty of  justice has only been exacerbated by the unprecedented and baseless rulings of this court, and it should not continue another day.”

As President Trump likes to say, we’ll have to see what happens. [end]

When Justice Emmett Sullivan gets tired of beating his thick forehead on the bench to call his court to order, disconcerting the bailiff, attorneys, parties and observers, maybe he can get around to dismissing this fiasco with prejudice, and recommend disciplinary action against every attorney involved with this Mickey Mouse prosecution of a decorated war veteran. But that’s expecting a lot from stupid.

The big fish – e.g. OBO#44, Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Rice, etc etc. – on the other hand clearly knew what they were doing and cannot escape their guilt. Biden for instance, may still have been mentally competent enough four years ago to be legally guilty, but obviously in his current condition he’s in no shape to stand trial. Those big fish deserve to be fried, although I think OBO#44’s guilt would be hard to prove because of plausible deniability.

And on that note, time for today’s MAGA Pill – Not forgetting btw our fearless president and his comment above “we’ll have to see what happens” … Indeed! Warrior-president Donald John Trump MAGA! KAG!

  1. I think it is a travesty what happened to General Flynn. I hope all parties involved in taking down this hero should be prosecuted to the greatest extent of the law. When he is taken down on such flimsy evidence, what chance to the rest of us stand if we had to go to court. Threatening his son was the worst and I hope they all go to jail.
