Globull warming… Back in the days when we actually learned things from professors in college other than their Marxist-Leninist Communist leanings, the mantra was that it all comes down to solar cycles. None of the planets in the solar system other than ours had / have pesky human beings driving SUVs and using other so-called planetary-pollutant devices, but put a ‘scope on them for a period of time, and their warming or cooling will directly correlate to the warming or cooling of the earth from the Sun. Why?
Because God determined the Sun to dictate the climate, not human beings. Nor for that matter, CO2.
It’s long been evident that Liberal-leftist professors have subverted science to their own ends and agendas, beginning at least as far back as the mid-1970s with the declamations from Stanford’s Paul Ehrlich claiming a new ice age and over-population was looming for the same reasons now espoused by the global warministas.
Compared to our Sun and volcanic activity we are the equivalent of a flea on an elephant; mother nature is in control not man. Or cow farts.
Yours truly has espoused it for years and years and – well, generations – that the Sun is the engine of our subsistence. Without it we don’t exist. As for the ‘nom de plume’s’ listed as globull warming, cooling, climate change, atmosphere adjustment etc etc – waddya gonna do – turn off the Sun?
There’s a wonderful commenter on one of my threads by the hashtag ‘cherubin’ which I couldn’t resist:
It is a remarkable coincidence that the rise of global warming alarmism came shortly after the fall of the Soviet Union. Also remarkable is the similarity between the goals of International Communism and the nearly identical goals of global warming alarmists.
After the spectacular failure of the Soviets, there were many thousands of devoted Marxists casting about for a new vehicle to deliver their ideal of socialism. Global warming presented them with an opportunity to weaken as well as to diminish Capitalism and Western Civilization while posturing as a defender of nothing less than the world’s future.
In the ranks of climate justice warriors, there is a term for disaffected former International Communists who have taken up the banner of global warming activism. They are called “watermelons” : green on the outside, red on the inside.
To add ‘spice’ to the debate, back on October 21 this year, Dr. Patrick Michaels, director of the Center for the Study of Science at the Cato Institute, appeared on ‘Life, Liberty & Levin’ with host Mark Levin, providing excellent insight into the debate over climate change and the political games played to create policy. An enthralling globull warming ‘must see’ …
Globull warming climate change is not a matter of science, but politics. Always has been – always will be.
Obviously, the globalists who wish to unite the world politically for their own aggrandizement find it alluring to pontificate about saving the planet as their motivation for doing so, but that is nothing more than a convenient smoke screen that allows them to apply a little moral spit and polish to their ambition for power, wealth, and control.
It’s also a poor moral substitute for a civilization that has largely tossed aside all notions of Godly morality as previous generations would’ve defined it. There is certainly nothing wrong with avoiding needless and/or excessive pollution on this planet, but cynically trying to scare the excrement out of a gullible population that is grasping for any semblance of morality in a world almost devoid of it, in order to manipulate them into unwittingly doing the globalists political bidding, is disgusting to any and all sensibilities, to which I suspect most reasonably-active level-headed planetary inhabitants would concur…
As a Bible-believing Christian, I always send Globull warmists all way back to two books in the Bible.
In the book of Genesis, God decreed that we take care of the planet, to rule over the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea. God alone is supreme commander of the weather, and it was Jesus’ mastery of the wind and the waves that convinced his disciples that this was no ordinary man. Heck, Peter actually walked a few watery steps himself before losing contact, so what does that tell you?!
Never once has God commanded man to ‘save the planet’.
The second book is that of Job, chapters 38-42. Since it is GOD alone who controls the weather, only He has mastery over it, NOT mankind. GOD’s sovereignty tells me a completely different story than that of the weatherman.
Or those with ulterior motives.
Talking about which – time for today’s MAGA Pill – President Donald J. Trump – MAGA!
