Body language experts more intuitive than yours truly likely had a field day (field night?!) on Fox last night witnessing the mesmerizing facials, signals, eye blinks, language tone, fake laughter, forced harmonious chatter banter, and nervy twitches manufactured by the triad of Carlson, Hannity and Ingram on ‘most watched; most trusted’. I’m wondering now whether virtue-signaling was in effect a couple of years back when they ditched ‘fair and balanced’ for the new meme. Mmmmm…
An awkward sign-off from Carlson to Hannity, then an almost torturous forced relevancy between Hannity and Ingraham; he who had a look on his face like a hound dog trying to pass a peach pit, and she who waved him off with a forced ‘great show again tonight Hannity’, when in fact it bordered on disastrous. I got to wondering whether all three had their minds on ‘where the h**l do I go from here’ while attempting to put on their usual bright and cheery selves.

If I didn’t know any better I’d be waging ‘the great one’ and his ‘Levin TV’ start-up as the newest entity, where a ‘fair and balanced’ and a ‘we report, you decide’, with a shout-out to or from One America News would up the ante in terms of a pure conservative presentation of ‘the facts ma’am, just the facts’.
But Donna Brazile? Really?
Brazile is a self-confessed liar; a cheater who lacks honor and integrity. And she’s worthy of prime time relevance?
Mind you, she did dedicate her book to Seth Rich while revealing she was fearing for her life. Wonder what she knows, how she knows it, and what she’ll do with it. Maybe she’ll ‘out’ who killed Seth Rich for ratings?
Yeah, right!

Under capitalism, ownership brings control, and Fox News has a new corporate parent that began trading yesterday on NASDAQ. There are reasons for conservatives to be deeply concerned. Sarah Ellison and Paul Farhi write at the Washington Post:
Fox’s parent company is undergoing a generational change — one that produced another, perhaps more subtle sign of independence from the president.
On Tuesday, Fox Corp. began public trading as the new parent of Fox News, Fox Entertainment and Fox Sports; the company is the result of 21st Century Fox’s sale of its film and television assets to Disney Corp. The new company is headed by Lachlan Murdoch, the eldest son of Rupert Murdoch, who co-founded Fox News with Roger Ailes and remains a controlling shareholder in Fox.
Among Fox Corp.’s first acts in business: appointing former House speaker Paul D. Ryan to its board of directors. Ryan is, of course, an establishment conservative disliked by both Democrats and those who most strongly supported Trump. Although he advanced some of Trump’s agenda, particularly tax reform, as speaker, Ryan declined to defend Trump or campaign with him in the latter stages of the 2016 campaign.
Ryan is also increasingly blamed for not passing funding for border wall construction while Republicans controlled both houses of Congress.
Well, today’s the day. It’s a brand-new era at Fox News — and that has me just a little worried. From a strictly business perspective, Fox has a strategic niche all to itself: half of the country that is conservative, while its competitors on broadcast and cable news scramble to divide the other half. But if advertisers pressure Fox News and hit its bottom line with boycotts, management may decide that its fiduciary duty to shareholders requires a leftward shift.

As for the weasel ‘lyin’ Ryan’ his spurious ‘et tu Brute` record runs counter to warrior-president Trump:
Donald J. Trump arrived on the scene, willing to shine the spotlight on the rats in both parties and began by tearing out the rotting detritus of tangled undergrowth by the roots. It’s a big job, but he’s a big man. His expose` has revealed conditions that are far more deleterious to our Republic than any of us ever imagined. Some of us knew it was bad, but we assigned blame to one party, rather than to a majority in all parties.
As in DemoRINOMarxists. Mmmmm … like ‘lyin Ryan’ and ‘evil Brazile’.
It’s very evident that President Trump will strive to accomplish this mission single-handedly if necessary, simply because throughout his life and career, he has always prepared himself to go into battle on his own. This is simply a David and Goliath sequel.
King Saul’s entire army stood by watching as the lone figure of the youngster, David, approached the gigantic Goliath, and knocked him out with a single stone from his slingshot – before he cut off the Giant’s Head.
President Trump is working long hours with no pay, to destroy the Giant among us. And he knows exactly who it is, and what it’ll take.
