FJBiden and OBO#44 in real pickle

En Garde in the bunker…

Congratulations to author Andrea Widburg for experiencing what we undercover-types refer to as the hidden trope, aka one likely non-de-plumb calling themselves David M.Sharpe, to all intents and purposes nothing but the equivalent of “I am a mole and I live in a hole”. Every American Thinker writer who blogs the truth with facts seems to get the attention from this demoMarxocrat hit man’s plucked nerve endings, blabbering distortions and obvious anti-Trump reproach. More on that later down below, but for now, on to the topic at hand!

Presidents have broad sweeping powers, SCOTUS having set them in stone many moons ago. President Donald John Trump did absolutely nothing wrong within his administration, since all presidents may borrow all documents until they see fit to return them. And that’s the law. FJBiden, and all other VP’s aren’t covered by the power to declassify nor classify any document, nor do they have Executive Privileges to do so.

“Anosognosia, also called “lack of insight,” is a symptom of severe mental illness experienced by some that impairs a person’s ability to understand and perceive his or her illness. It is the single largest reason why people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder refuse medications or do not seek treatment. Without awareness of the illness, refusing treatment appears rational, no matter how clear the need for treatment might be to others.

Approximately 50% of individuals with schizophrenia and 40% with bipolar disorder have symptoms of anosognosia. Long recognized in stroke, Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological conditions, studies of anosognosia in psychiatric disorders is producing a growing body of evidence of anatomical damage in the part of the brain involved with self-reflection. When taking medications, insight improves in some patients.

Chances are pretty good that if you take the time to verify every assertion in David Sharpe’s post, you will find they are either completely untrue or a very twisted logic type of deceptive statement. He knows no one will spend the time to completely debunk his lies as he states them as indisputable facts. He is a liar to his core – our resident troll.

If in fact the documents were declassified by OBO#44, thereby absolving FJBiden of a felony, three questions arise. Why would FJBiden want these particular documents in his possession? Why would OBO#44 grant FJBiden’s request? And, if they have been declassified, when does the public get the opportunity to peruse their contents? Mmmmm.

What’s good for the goose, is sauce for the gander, wishing we could sell the delicious schadenfreude. FJBiden the drooling idiot had to have taken those documents more than 7 years ago at the earliest, and as far as we know could be as early as 2009 or thereafter. After all – It’s what criminals do!

Andrea Widburg, American Thinker: ‘Biden just put Obama in a delightfully serious bind’ …

The headline is delicious: Vice President Biden left the White House taking classified documents with him. However, what’s really lovely is the problem this creates for Obama: After all, he’s the only one who can rescue Biden but, by doing so, he will completely exonerate Trump of the charges that the latter violated national security laws by taking documents with him when he left the White House.

Both Rajan Laad and Howard J. Warner have ably covered the factual issues surrounding the news that Biden took classified documents with him when he left the Vice President’s office. They addressed how the Washington establishment had the story before the midterms but covered it up; how that same establishment (including the media) that castigated Trump as a traitor and arch-criminal for allegedly having classified material in his possession is now racing to make excuses for Biden; and how it’s possible that China had access to the materials because it has access to the University of Pennsylvania Biden “think tank” in which the documents resided for so many years.

What I find so delectable is that Biden has only one defense to the charge that he stole classified documents from the White House, which is a felony (as Democrats never failed to remind us when the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago). That defense is that Obama, who was president when Biden took the documents, gave him permission to take them, effectively declassifying them. [-]

[+] …  There is only one way to say that Biden is innocent, and that is for Obama to announce, “I told Joe he could take the documents.” However, if Obama makes that announcement, he has conceded, and all the Dems will be forced to concede, that a president can declassify documents simply by walking them out of the White House or authorizing someone else to do so.

In other words, to exonerate Biden, Obama must also exonerate Trump from the disgraceful, deeply (criminally?) dishonest charge leveled against Trump. I get a real kick imagining Obama sitting in the lavishly decorated office of one of his three luxury homes, cursing to himself that you can always trust Joe Biden to “F” things up. [end]

Sharpe truly belongs with OBO#44, Hillary Clinton, Hillary for America Campaign Committee, DNC, DNC Services Corp, Perkins Coie, Michael Sussmann, Marc Elias, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Charles Dolan, Jake Sullivan, John Podesta, Robby Mook, Phillipe Reines as well as Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson, Peter Fritsch, Nellie Ohr, Bruce Ohr, Orbis Business Intelligence, Christopher Steele, Igor Danchenko, Neustar Inc., Rodney Jole, James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith, Andrew McCabe, James Baker, and probably funded by Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros, Zuckerberg money.

The various and sundry Presidents keeping secret documents goes back some 200 years. What documents were kept and their subject matters went beyond the pale, first with LBJ and then with Nixon. Of course, the documents that Nixon kept were the tapes and other materials related to Watergate. The result of this was “The Presidential Records Act“, which pertains to only the President, since the VP is subject to the Federal Records Act. At this point in time, we don’t know how many years Biden had those papers, but it was certainly before dementia set in. Furthermore, it’s up to FJBiden to prove that having these papers wasn’t for some form of personal gain. “Covercoat”!

And on that note, time for today’s MAGA Pill – President Donald John Trump – MAGA! – KAG!
