Scatter-shooting While Wondering…

Go Ahead, Make ...

Go Ahead, Make …

Scatter-shooting while wondering what Obama will throw into his Friday “dump” this time … First up is an interesting study of body-language from Neil Cavuto as he is “forced” to listen to the great one, Mark Levin, castigate one of Cavuto’s fellow-Fox Commentators, Karl (take-no-prisoners) Rove. One can quickly surmise that there’s no love lost between Levin and Rove, but the Cavuto squirm is unmistakable (one might even imagine his producer yelling in his ear “close him out, close him out!!”) …

Next up is the gregarious Andrew Klavan and his brilliant “The Revolting Truth” this time satirically-unraveling the ongoing border debacle in Texas, and who the “real” shadowy illegals are .. Of course, “Leftists” have no sense of humor and will not get this at all. But, as usual, Klavan does a wonderful job of making complex subjects simple (but still over the head of leftists). Very, very funny, but a mite sad at the same time … Scatter-shooting while wondering.

Then we come to “hang ’em up, knock ’em down” out and out pinata-shenanigans relating to the rogue “Palestinians” who are really nothing more than “Arabs” in disguise, between Sean Hannity and one of those smarmy Al-Taqiyya-prevaricating propagandist-lobbyists dishonestly rooting for a non-existent state. The Muslim Brotherhood wandering in and out of We The People’s’ Mansion every day is atrocious and they all have more alphabet-soup organizations than the lamestream media like: CAIR; AAADC; AMC; AAI; IIC; MPAC; MAS and many others. These two gentlemen separately represent the American Islamic Forum For Democracy and the Jerusalem Fund and Palestinian Center (Phew!!) .. but in one exchange, Hannity wasn’t having any of it … Scatter-shooting while wondering.

CNN, scatter-shooting while wondering what to do with CNN … Not too many years ago CNN represented the front-line “go-to” news network for anything breaking out anywhere in the world .. Now?? A very faint shadow of its former self. In this clip Israel’s Ambassador to the United States Ron Dermer (sounds to me like he has an inkling of a Brooklyn accent to me, but what do I know?) is immediately put on the defensive about the Israeli attacks in the Gaza strip – Except he’s having none of it and schools news-babe Erin Burnett with “just the facts ma’am, just the facts..”

And yesterday in the House, Rep. Frank Wolf (R-Va) took to the floor in defense of Christianity. Yes folks, We The People have reached the point where we must have our elected Representatives take to a political floor, to preserve the very doctrine of Jesus Christ that led the way to the Constitutional Republic of the United States coming into existence. Scatter-shooting while wondering about “Christianity as we now know it in Iraq is being wiped out,” he declared, and went on, “I believe what is happening to the Christian community in Iraq is genocide! .. I also believe it is a crime against humanity. Where is the West?  Where is the Obama Administration?  Where is this Congress? The silence is deafening.” Wolf said protecting this ancient community needed to be President Obama’s priority (and good luck on that taking place from Hussein Obama).

And finally, to bring all of this into a perspective wrap, scatter-shooting while wondering about Marco Rubio taking to the Senate Floor in defense of Israel against Hamas, simply because, well, nobody else in America seems to want to do that (other than the examples illustrated in this piece). This wasn’t an overnight development. The lamestreams have ignored the previous ten years of Israeli patience while Hamas and others have been bombing Israel unceasingly, day in and day out. If only we had a president with sufficient intelligence and backbone to support those who support the USA (especially the only ally we have in the entire Middle East who doesn’t intend to wipe us off the planet) we would be much better off both domestically, internationally, and diplomatically. PERIOD.

Palestine and the Holy Land
The name “Palestine” was a regional name that was imposed on the area by the Roman emperor Hadrian who suppressed the second Jewish revolt in A.D.135 (for those interested in dates, some 500 years before the birth of Muhammad). He was so angry with the Jews that he wanted to humiliate them and emphasize that the Jewish nation had lost its right to a homeland under Roman rule. The name “Palaestina” was originally an adjective derived from “Philistia,” the archenemies of the Israelites 1000 years earlier. Hadrian also changed the name of Jerusalem to “Aelia Capitolina,” after his own family name, Aelia. He effectively declared his pagan authority over Jerusalem, which had been the place of the presence of the God of Israel. To this day, the name “Palestine” flies in the face of Israel and the entire issue can be boiled down to a religious (spiritual) battle over a land whose fate will be decided by the God of the Bible, since it is His land (Leviticus 25:23). Following 2000 years of exile, who would have thought that the Jewish people would one day inhabit their land again and that it would be called Israel? God, however, had declared (in Amos 9:14-15): “I will bring back my exiled people Israel; they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them.” Don’t know about y’all .. but it sounds pretty specific to me.

Scatter-shooting while wondering about this one last passage of who determines the fate of Israel .. Yeshua (Jesus) also knew that Jerusalem would one day be overrun by Gentiles until just before his coming. In describing the signs of the end of the age, he said: “Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.” (Luke 21:24). From the time of Hadrian until 1967, Jerusalem was controlled by Gentiles. It is now back in the hands of the Jewish people, which is one sign that Messiah is soon to come to Zion.
