Muslim Brotherhood member and Marxist apparatchik Keith Ellison (D-MN) attacked Justice Samuel Alito while appearing on Monday night’s “The Ed Show” on MSNBC. Addressing the Hobby Lobby decision and Harris v. Quinn which limited unions’ right to asses dues on workers, Ellison accused the Roberts Court, and Alito in particular, of being “the most activist judges we’ve ever seen.” He then made a point of calling Justice Alito “Mister” Alito. Erm, let’s see, last week the Court ruled 9-0 against the lawlessness of Obama and recess appointments; 9-0 against Harris v Quin; and 5-4 against (in favor of) Hobby Lobby/Mardel. Hardly “the most activist judges we’ve ever seen.” Unless of course, they ruled against the Muslim/Marxist cause:
“These are the most activist judges we’ve ever seen. Whether it’s Citizens United, or Hobby Lobby, which also came down, or Harris v. Quinn, this Supreme Court is extremely busy and doesn’t have much regard for precedent at all. In fact, in this case today, Harris v. Quinn, Alito — Justice Alito, I try to call him Justice Alito, but Mister Alito, actually took a swing at [Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, 1977], which is a case of many, many years of precedent, but spoke disparagingly about the case. But thank goodness it’s still the law.”

How the state dept can ever think that one can have a reasonable discussion with liars is beyond me.

State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki says the Palestinian Authority “are making every effort” to abide by U.S. requirements, including the rejection of violence.
AP reporter Matt Lee challenged Psaki Monday after the revelation that three kidnapped Israeli teens had been found murdered. Lee noted the murders as well as recent rocket attacks, “There also, I think — for — more than a dozen rockets that were fired into Southern Israel from Gaza today. Is that something that would make you rethink your position as it relates to the Palestinian government?”
“Do you think right now that they are abiding by the requirements?” Lee asked.
“Well,” Psaki answered, “I think the Palestinian Authority and President Abbas and the technocratic government that doesn’t involve members of Hamas — yes, they are making every effort to. Obviously when there are incidents of violence, when there are rocket attacks, those are certainly cause for concern, and we take every incident into consideration.”
The Muslim Brotherhood infiltration continues unabated.
