And yet another great ‘morning in America’ following what Daniel Greenfield in FrontpageMag declares as “The greatest American Speech of the Century”, which is quite the accolade coming from him – Yet this morning, I must concur!
The expressions alone on the faces of the petulantly-skulking DemoMarxist sourpusses during the president’s speech wreaked of fear, anxiety, and dread in the creeping reality that for them at last, the noose is beginning to tighten. On another morning in America, to declare that they despise the president more than they love the country would be a severe understatement, but they have after all, been spending the past year gambling on going into full resistance mode through lies, deception, and distortion to bring down a legally-constituted president. As in most countries on the planet (where justice would be swift and serious), their behavior has been immediately recognized for what it is, ie., sedition and rebellion against a lawfully-elected administration.

The remarkable thing is that the rebellion in America against the tenets of a Constitutional Republic is so broad and widespread (the Big Fake News Media conglomerate, the entire DemoMarxist Cabal [including the DNC], academia, and the anti-American Hollyweird misfits among others) that it still persists a year or more into President Trump’s successful administration. On this particular morning in America however, the upside is that there is a growing recognition of the widespread criminality within the DemoMarxist progressive Left and a sense that for them the game is up. We the People after all, could plainly see it on their faces last night.
Take for instance, Patricia McCarthy’s position in today’s American Thinker, and “The Shabby, Sophomoric Behavior of Democrats at the SOTU”…
It is difficult to imagine a more galling demonstration of incivility than the Democrats in the room for Trump’s SOTU speech. They scowled, frowned, and sat on their hands throughout the speech. They could hardly be bothered to acknowledge the heroes in the audience when they were introduced. While the Dems brought illegal immigrants, Trump invited actual paragons of American character and the families of victims of illegal immigrant crimes, as well as a victim of North Korea. It was embarrassing, like watching the anti-Semites in the UN stomp out of the room when Benjamin Netanyahu speaks. How is it any different? Our Democrats behave exactly like the most racist, intolerant people on the planet, and in their own Capitol.
The Democrats loathe the tax reform that has kick-started the American economy. They abhor the return of American manufacturing and the bonuses so many companies have doled out to their employees. It was not so long ago that Obama essentially swore that “those jobs are never coming back.” “Crumbs,” billionaire Pelosi called their bonuses. The left today hates our military. They hate the notion of national security. Like Obama, they cannot abide the unfair advantage, as they see it, of American might, American success, and American freedom which they are always trying to impede, to restrict, to regulate and tax. The left has been doing its best to turn the United States into Venezuela for two generations. Progressivism is socialism. Venezuela is how it ends.
How and why have the leftists among us become so anti-American, so contemptuous of the Constitution, the Founders, and American heroism? When did they get to be so rude? They hate Trump so much they have regressed to being playground bullies, a gang of horrid little toddlers. They seem to have one issue and one issue only, the prioritization of illegal immigrants. That’s all they’ve got and for some reason they think it is a winning issue, that it will drive their base to take back the House and maybe even the Senate this year. They are so blinded by the light of their own self-regard they think that is a turnout cause for most Americans who are suffering under the onslaught of illegals in their communities.
Congressman Tim Ryan, a Democrat from Ohio, kept an empty seat to honor a deported illegal from his district, a district in which many thousands have died from opioid overdose. Tucker Carlson asked him why he would want to make his defense of illegals a cause and not the deaths of so many Americans. He did not have a satisfactory answer. But this much is clear: the Democratic Party is today the party of illegal immigrants. That is their core constituency, that is who they represent over and above Americans.

Soviet-style communist DemoMarxists do not love their country. They are however, enraptured with an imaginary ‘New World Order’ (ala George H.W. Bush) upon which they pin their hope for an American Union without borders among Canada, the US, Mexico, and God only knows how many more. Throw in a new common currency called the ‘Amero’ to replace the US Dollar, and these anti-Americans are positively giddy in a spasmodic spate of Che Guevara-esque rapture rising to the heights of Saul Alinsky supremacy and Gramsci predilections.
Modern DemoMarxists have only one priority like all the Communists before them; ‘Party’ above all, over America, over We the People, over American interests, over the good of the country. That in a nutshell, is why they are always on the wrong side of every single issue. The only thing DemoMarxists know how and what to do well, is to sow hatred and discord, spend other people’s money, commit voter fraud, and all not necessarily in that order.
Sarah Sanders said it best (which she often does): “Democrats need to decide if they love America more than they hate this President”. I think we all know what that decision will be, as it is clear by their actions that they don’t love, nor do they care for, America at all.
The Donald emerged in God’s timing and knocked them on their collective butts, and they still haven’t got a clue as to what to do about it. God allowed us to dodge a nuke with the Trumpet sound, and we’re mighty lucky to be citizens of the United States of America.
