Sundance, guardian of United States’ Political Truths, honesty, and ‘legal beaverism’ (is there any such office?!) must occupy a revered ‘no sleep room’ at the Conservative Treehouse. Barely out of the reportage from yesterday, he then slams yet another Treehouse home run out of the political arena!
Joe diGenova and Dersh (short form for Alan Dershowitz) with Hannity, on topic, on the same interview, on the same wavelength. How cool and sweet is that?
As commenter hashtag ‘MakeAmericaGreat’ expresses it (and by the way, the diGenova / Dersh piece with Hannity follows right after):
Amazing.The counter-offensive is on. This is essentially declaring war on Mueller and daring him to try to take Trump to court. Both Rosenstein and Mueller know that diGenova pretty much works for Trump, including on the Mueller issue. So they know the words have real meaning.
DiGenova is trying to back down Mueller and Rosenstein, which is great. You don’t run from bullies. You punch them in the mouth.
DiGenova is the perfect guy to get the message across, which is why Trump having strong approval ratings at the moment could be so key. If any of us were Trump, there would be no interview happening anytime soon. We’d be trying to get our numbers even higher and then dare Mueller to try to take us to court when we’re in an even stronger position.
The argument is as simple as diGenova put it —> you’re going to take the President Of The United States to court (subpoena) in a case in which he’s not even a target. Who the ‘blank’ are you and do you know what’s going to happen to your reputation in the annals of history?
DiGenova is definitely the bulldog We the People needed. No cowering pups like the attitude John Dowd proferred.[end]

What an amazing 8:00 minutes-worth of inculcation, clarity, and probity! You have to love the Constitutional analysis that a prosecutor or grand jury has no authority to probe a member of Congress: “What were your reasons for voting for / against this bill?” or a SC justice: “What were your reasons for siding with the majority, or with the minority?” And, so, for the President: “What were your reasons for firing James Comey?”
You could tell diGenova was working up a head of steam even while he was being introduced, blinking rapidly with a stern look on his face. And what an awesome display of knowledge and righteous indignation he brought forth!
Hannity (God Bless him) with his interruptions, needs to learn when you sic a bulldog, you don’t pull him back in the middle of his attack, you simply let him go to term.
Overall, however, it was really great to see our President Trump defended in this manner. More! We need more!
Which once again brings me to my favorite meme in tying up these commentaries. The bottom line is that America has forever been full of the ‘enemies within’ and the current generation is seemingly no different. But as I constantly trumpet (pun intended) our nationalism, populism, and a new courageous president is all that stands in the way of these continuing threats from the liberal Leftist DemoMarxists.
And as I opined at the end of yesterday’s posting, we face real threats that we ignore at our peril – Of which people like Obama, Biden, Schumer, Pelosi, Holder, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Mueller, McCabe, Podesta, Emanuel, Clinton – who am I missing? – Oh yeah, the RINOs – are prime examples of counterfeit Americans.
Thank God for people like ‘sundance’ and President Donald J. Trump for being so insightful, intuitive, and proactive – MAGA!
