Oh the furore emanating from the Left and unhinged DemoMarxists over the firing of James Comey! To say nothing of the flood of hypocritical pronouncements on flagrant display from the likes of Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters, Dick Durbin, Nancy Pelosi and a horde of other contemptible double-minded political carnivores.

They are those who inhabit what’s left of the so-called Democrat party and their fake-news henchmen who pass for the remains of what used to be the Fourth Estate.

Anyone still refusing to believe these days that the Democrat Party hasn’t morphed into an absolutely George Orwell 1984 state need only look at the events of the last 48 hours regarding the James Comey fall from grace and the complicitous about-face undertaken by the entire Left and their surrogates.

At this time Tuesday, you couldn’t find a Leftist Democrat nor a Leftist lamestream media outlet who would say a good word about James Comey, because as far as they were concerned, Comey was the villain of all villains for supposedly torpedoing Hillary Clinton’s chances to become president.

The toxic Democrat leadership which caved in to the biggest Republican takeover of Government since the mid-1920s…

But as soon as Comey’s firing was announced – boom! All of a sudden, the entire Leftist propagandists couldn’t wait to defend Comey and express feigned outrage over his dismissal, as though he and the Leftist propagandists had now suddenly become BFF’s.

The looming question for what’s left of the DemoMarxist Party is whether Comey was on the side of the angels or on the side of the demons. Had he been on the side of the demons, then why should they care if he was fired or not? If now he’s morphed to the side of the angels, then why have they been demonizing him all these many months?

Can we define “hypocrisy?”

Before the election, Nancy Pelosi had hinted that Hillary would fire FBI Director James Comey.

“Maybe he’s not in the right job,” the House Dem leader had coyly suggested. “I think that we have to just get through this election and just see what the casualties are along the way.”

The FBI Director was at risk of becoming a “casualty” over his handling of the Hillary investigation.

There was no outrage and no front page editorials at the New York Times and the Washington Post. No comparisons to Watergate or calls for an investigation. A top Dem suggesting that the FBI Director would have to leave because he was investigating another top Dem was just “good government.”

And there would have been none of the hypocritical media outcry if the election had gone another way and Comey were being told to pack his bags by President Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager had also hinted that Comey might have to step down because of his bias against Hillary. Now he claims that Trump’s firing of Comey “terrifies” him.

After Comey’s letter, Schumer had declared, “I do not have confidence in him any longer.” That is what top government officials say before demanding someone’s job. But now Schumer is outraged. “If we don’t get a special prosecutor, every American will rightfully suspect that the decision to fire #Comey was part of a cover-up,” he tweeted.

Were the Dem calls for Comey to resign also part of a cover-up?

Harry Reid had called on Comey to resign. Congressman Steve Cohen even wrote an op-ed titled, “For the Sake of the FBI, Comey Should Resign.” Now he touts Comey as a recipient for the Profiles in Courage award and accuses Trump of firing him because Comey “threatened his presidency.”

George Orwell “1984”…

George Orwell in his tour de force 1984, had the people of Oceania being told that Oceania had always been at war with Eurasia and in a peaceful alliance with Eastasia until all of a sudden, it was announced that Oceania was now at war with Eastasia and in a peaceful alliance with Eurasia. Moreover it was asserted that this had always been the case and so the people were expected to believe that, as though they had never believed anything differently.

In other words, as Orwell portrayed it, the ‘war’ is waged by each ruling group against its own subjects, and the object of the war is not to make or prevent conquests of territory, but to keep the structure of society intact. The very word “war,” therefore, became ‘doublespeak’, the inner meaning of the party slogan WAR IS PEACE.

So it is with the Democrats today: 48 hours ago, Comey was the ENEMY about whom no good word could be said because of his role in ‘giving’ the 2016 election to the hated Donald Trump. Now all of a sudden, Comey is as pure as the driven snow in the eyes of the Leftist DemoMarxists as though the 2016 election campaign had never even happened.

Put another way to amplify the Orwell reference, 48 hours ago, Big Brother said James Comey was BAD, now Big Brother says Comey is GOOD, and the Democrats blindly fall into line behind this as though they had never believed anything differently about James Comey.

Seems to me that the snarky Dems are channeling John Kerry, as in “they were for firing Comey before they were against it.”

President Trump’s brilliant strategy of firing Comey has the Leftist media and DemoMarxists chasing their tails.
