As a straight-up point of order, if President Trump were to reinstate DACA by executive order, he would, like Obama before him, be breaking the Immigration & Nationality Act of 1965, (enacted in 1968) written by the ‘Lyin’ of the Senate, Ted Kennedy, passed by overwhelming majorities in both Houses of Congress, and signed into law by President ‘I’ll have them n*****s voting Democrat for 200 years’ Lyndon Baines Johnson. These current ‘young illegal aliens’ have absolutely no right to legal resident status much less citizenship.
As one who prevailed through the financial and multi-years-long due process of legal immigration, I know very well of what I speak. It is a supreme privilege – not a ‘right’.
Consider Thomas Lifson’s opener in his own today’s American Thinker on addressing the DemoMarxists testing DACA as a pretext for government shutdown:
“The government shutdown that we’re all supposed to believe is a terrible crisis is nothing more than a stunt, political theater designed and focus group tested last year by a Senate Democrat SuperPac. The Washington Post revealed its scoop, a premeditation of hundreds of words into a long article on the shutdown yesterday (this is known as “burying the lede”).
“One worrisome data point: A super PAC allied with Senate Democrats commissioned a poll in 12 battleground states in early December 2017, and it found that in more conservative states, blame for a shutdown would be split between Trump and Republicans and Democrats in Congress. But when interviewers asked respondents about a shutdown that might be tied to the legal status of dreamers, Democrats absorbed more blame.
“The poll was conducted by Garin-Hart-Yang Research Group on behalf of the Senate Majority PAC.
“It says a lot about the priority Dems give to protecting illegal immigrants that despite the relatively unfavorable cast of the polling, they decided to go ahead anyway with a DACA shutdown. But apparently they used the focus group polling to guide their strategy, as they pander to their base and long term interest in changing the electorate via mass illegal immigration supplemented by amnesty and outright voter fraud [end]
Also, we’re not talking about 800,000 DACA Dreamers here; how about 3.6 million and counting right now? Plus the fact that as and when they become ‘legal’, they can bring in their entire extended families and long-lost ‘cousins’. So my own estimate for a better number would be closer to 30 million. This whole process is an Obama, Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros, Pelosi, Schumer play, to turn red states blue by packing and jamming them with illegal aliens who are already voting illegally, most of them multiple times.
DemoMarxists are fools. But I repeat myself. They keep on underestimating Trump. Having walked the Dems to the edge of this cliff, the idiots jumped right into the abyss. Pelosi, Schumer and company have no leverage here. Shut down government over a bunch of illegal aliens?
If DemoMarxists value illegal aliens over US citizens, let them have at it and admit it. That’s the Trump strategy at the minute. Don’t forget there were a lot of cross-over blue collar DemoMarxists that elected Trump who still consider immigration the most important issue in play today. Considering which, there are 24 DemoMarxist Senators up for reelection come November this year. So let’s work on unseating them all with conservatives so we can get to 60 votes. Problem then solved.

The results of the survey might help explain the all-out ad blitz Democrats conducted shortly after the government shutdown. Democratic affiliated groups are working overtime trying to shore up support for Sens. Robert P. Casey Jr. of Pennsylvania and Sherrod Brown of Ohio after both sided with their parties during the budget fiasco.
Democrats, who knew the attacks were coming, have blasted conservative states with videos and online ads that point to muddled quotes Trump made in 2013 and 2017 about how a government shutdown would be beneficial for his party. Priorities USA, a Democratic super PAC, for instance, spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on a digital ad buy targeting swing seats.
The Schumer, DACA, shutdown stunt is to distract from the FISA-702 memo and the liberal, progressive, DemoMarxist corruption in the DOJ and FBI as well as the BHO administration. It will fail. Hopefully this will destroy the DNC.
Expect a lot more of this, as the impact of President Trump’s economic policies continue to snowball. The DemoMarxists are desperate to derail prosperity at any cost, and so are throwing all their crappy DACA ideas at the wall, hoping something will stick, and slow down the economic progress under President Trump.
Under the current circumstances, they will fail.
