Clinton, Obamacare & Corruption…

Go Ahead, Make ...

Go Ahead, Make …

If Hillary Clinton, trailing on the coat-tails of the worst president in American history, best represents “We the People” as opposed to a successful entrepreneur with a great family, producing and maintaining hundreds of thousands of people in employment around the globe, then America has truly been fundamentally transformed, as Obama promised. We The People have gone from the land of the free and the home of the brave, to the land of the freebies, the crooks, and depraved. With all the evidence available to the contrary, it is inconceivable that anyone could vote for the Clinton con-artists who line their pockets while grafting with all of their progressive ideas in the name of enriching themselves. Watch the Clinton Cash documentary (link also provided at the end) and then ask yourself how anybody with any kind of conscience could support and vote for such crooks with a clear conscience. Indeed, elections have consequences, and none much more critical than the one coming up.

On a poetically-themed, somewhat lighter side, grafting in Rudyard Kipling and his classic IF with events of today highlighted in the Washington Beacon…

IF you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you; If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, but make allowance for their doubting too; If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, or being lied about, don’t deal in lies; Or being hated, don’t give way to hating, and yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

IF you can dream – and not make dreams your master; If you can think – and not make thoughts your aim; If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster, and treat those two impostors just the same; If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken, twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools; Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken, and stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

IF you can make one heap of all your winnings, and risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss, and lose, and start again at your beginnings, and never breathe a word about your loss; If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew, to serve your turn long after they are gone; and so hold on when there is nothing in you except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

IF you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, or walk with Kings – nor lose the common touch; If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you, If all men count with you, but none too much; If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds’ worth of distance run; Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it; And – which is more – you’ll be a Man, my son!

POSTSCRIPT

I can think of many reasons why Billary-Killary should never be near the WH again, but none greater than the fact that the entrenched DC pols and bureaucrats are for him/her. DC is a corrupt cesspool of self-serving no-goods that needs a thorough flushing and cleansing. Their only concern is perpetuating their personal gain at the expense of our country and people. I personally am doing all I can to influence anyone I can, to help clean out the vermin infesting our nation’s capital. Decent, hard-working Americans are right to distrust government and the inevitable self-indulgence of career politicians. The beltway businesses that support this insatiable and immoral ruling elite don’t want their incomes to suffer when the wrecking ball that is a Donald Trump strides into town. Their predilections matter not to me. It confirms that the revolution of a Trump candidacy is long overdue. Throw the rascals out!
